I just got my eyebrows threaded and am extremely disappointed. The woman was very nice but made them way too thin when I just asked for a touchup. She also left all the eyebrow hair shavings on my face and didn’t wipe them off.

Fantastic experience at special eyebrows! The salon is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They did an amazing job with my eyebrows and hair. I love the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Been coming to Muna for years to get my threading done!! She is amazing and always does exactly what you ask of her. I started having her cut my hair a couple of years ago also, and she does a fabulous job!

Sometimes it's difficult to find salons that offer eyebrow threading for men/masculine-presenting people. I've come to this location multiple times to get my eyebrows threaded. The pain is minimal and my eyebrows look great after each visit.

By far the best eyebrow salon. I’ve been going to Muna for years. I went to the company she was at before she opened this business on her own. She is so sweet and does a phenomenal job. I personally like a more natural eyebrow style and she does just that. She’s very talented. Everywhere I’ve gotten them done before her were always so thin, but she just does a little at a time and lets you look and if you’d like them more refined, she just keeps tweaking them to your liking. Of course after a little bit she knows exactly what I like and it’s always consistent. I’ve noticed in some reviews people complain about waiting to have a service done, what I’d recommend is calling ahead and making an appointment to assure you won’t be waiting a long time. If I have an appointment I only wait 5 minutes maximum. I’m so thankful she does appointments! Not many eyebrow salons do and it is so convenient to avoid waiting. She’s the best, hands down

I have been coming to Muna to get my eyebrows threaded since she was working in the mall. Both women who work here are amazing and I highly recommend. My sister lives in Richmond but comes here to get her eyebrows done because its just that good.

I usually visit this location when I am in Charlottesville. When I started visiting this location it was only the owner serving customers. Yesterday, I went to this location and there was another lady with a tattoo on her inner forearm working. She spoke when I entered the establishment but never asked what service I was needing and how long it would take. She had a client in the chair who was just getting her eyebrows done and I waited over 20 minutes. I decided to walked out. This lady is way to slow and based off my experience I wouldn’t recommend this location. I would recommend going somewhere your business and time is valued.

This review is a few months late, but I had to leave 5 stars because Muna took great care of me! I asked for eyebrow threading and for bangs to be cut. She did an AMAZING job with my brows (minimal pain and the shape was my favorite I’ve ever gotten). Furthermore, when I returned the next day to get the bangs cut a little shorter, she did so at no cost. Thank you so much for your reasonable prices and flexibility!

Very unprofessional. I walked in to simply get my brows threaded. It took a few seconds before the woman said anything to me and when she finally decided to speak, the first thing she said was “I am busy right now.” She didn’t even inquire what service(s) I wanted, if I could come back later nor did she indicate a good time to come back. I waited a second to see if she was going to follow up with anything and after a moment of silence, I just turned around and walked out. Do not recommend.
