Update: I did get a text from Jeanette offering 50% financial compensation, however she was patronizing on admitting any wrongdoing. I never heard from management. The photo references and my result photos speak for themselves. What was patronizing was her message with language like sorry “if” there was a misunderstanding and sorry you “feel” that way. I’ll accept the compensation in place of any true apology and accountability, but I will not return. Somehow she managed to cut my curls out on top. It’s going to take a long time to grow this out. She ruined my hair. I went in for a hair cut by Jeanette. I showed reference photos of me from my last hair cut. My hair length was to my lower back. Jeanette brought the back of my hair forward to the middle of my chest-which is below my shoulders for where I wanted my hair. I specified that I like my hair in between a v and u cut in the back. When she turned me around to see the back it was hacked. It was not the length we discussed. It was short. So short that I cannot pull it into a pony tail. The hair is not capable of being pulled to the front. All the layers from the sides were now wonky because the back was short and it was not a v shape at all. It was rounded. She attempted to texturize it, however it just got worse, which at that point I just asked how much it was and left. I do not believe in making a scene and I was visable upset. I attempted to style it and there just wasn’t any saving it. I called the salon the next morning after allowing myself some time to really evaluate what happened. The salon assured me the manager would call me back within two hours. I never heard back. This was not a minor mishap. This is extreme. I have allowed a couple days for a response and have yet to hear from anyone. Attached are the photos of myself with my hair for reference and somehow I ended up with what looks like an A line SHORT cut. It’s still baffling to me. I will not be returning. After leaving this review there was a response that I would get a response. I never got a call.

While I wouldn't recommend their nail services for custom or unique designs, they excel in delivering quality treatments and accommodating multiple services in one visit. Their eyebrow shaping and waxing services are also top-notch, leaving me feeling polished and pampered. Keep an eye out for their holiday deals, especially for spa packages—it's the perfect opportunity to indulge in a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. All in all, Spectrum Salon earns a well-deserved five-star rating for their exceptional service, variety of offerings, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Short review: Don’t get your hair bleached/colored here, it’s a waste of time & money. Long review: I had a text consultation with my colorist about lightening my hair and doing an ashy mushroom brown all over. I had natural virgin brown hair and was excited to try something new. The first photo is from the day of my appointment. The second is from 2 weeks later(I wash my hair once every 5 days). And the third is now, a month and a half later. (Appointment was May 25th.) The color washed out immediately. Not only is my hair dry and brittle, but it’s this awful bronze color as well. I reached out to my colorist 2 weeks after the initial appointment to inquire if it was normal for the color to wash out so quickly. She first blamed my shampoo and then blamed my “aftercare” even though she never recommended any products or other shampoos for my hair. I looked into the shampoo I use and it turns out it’s completely COLOR SAFE. When I showed her this via text message, she called me and left a voicemail saying I should “go back in for a touch up”. I won’t let them touch my hair again. This cost me over $200. It was most definitely not worth the time or the money.

Marissa and Giovanni in the barbershop are top-notch and always do an incredible job. You can’t go wrong with either for a sharp men’s cut. Booking is always a breeze, the front desk staff is lovely, and the shop is always clean and well maintained.

Most stylist are good. Know what they are doing. The attitudes are nice and so appreciated. There use to be a hustle and bustle at this salon , quieter now. I come from out of town to get my hair done. Almost always leave feeling good about what I wanted done. 😊

I was very unhappy with my haircut. I'm sure there are great stylists here, but the one who did my hair yesterday did not follow the picture I showed her. She cut the back of my hair way too short and honestly it looks butchered from the back. I ended up paying $110 for a haircut I was very unhappy with. Honestly I was surprised she charged me the full styling fee when she straightened my hair to see if I'd like it better. A lot to pay for something you are not happy with. I will not be returning to this place again.

My friend and I wanted to get bangs together. It was a dream come true when we walked out of the salon, after getting excellent care, as brand new versions of ourselves. The time went by with pleasant and entertaining conversation courtesy of the stylist (Johnny), who is a total pro! Overall great service, from the sweet receptionists, to the meticulous styling, to the general environment.

The lady actually listened to what I wanted and cut my short hair the way I asked for it. The place was beautiful and clean and all the staff were super friendly. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I walked out happy.

Not good. Not everyone is a good hairstylist there. I booked an appointment. Everything was going smoothly friendly staff. I showed up for my appointment on time. i waited a few min nothing too long. We meet we head to her station. I showed her two pictures of the version of long pixie cut style that i wanted. She told me I had the length for it and that we could do that. I was excited to hear that. I was nothing but disappointed for the rest of the experience. She was rough while shampooing my hair. the shampoo dried my hair out and her rubbing my scalp again felt too rough. during the hair cut she disappeared to while answering phone calls. I usually dont mind but it was quite a while. The hair cut was bad. She basically trimmed my hair to a style i dont even recognize. She also took a razor to it and sliced pieces of my hair. My hair is already thin and i didnt ask her to thin out my hair. im not sure why she did that. it just felt like she was cutting strips off for no reason. she then styled it with enough mouse and hair spray that my hair felt stiff. The end result was nothing close to the pixie cut style i wanted. I had bangs and pieces that were long on the neck that stood out and the layers weren't right. My hair also felt crunchy and stiff and when she finished and tried to brush it. it felt like it was damaged just from one visit. I was nothing but disappointed. This was my first salon visit since before lockdown. I would have preferred if she had been honest and said that she had no idea how to make a pixie cut instead of ruining my hair. i didnt have the guts to say i hated my hair at the moment or ask not to pay. i paid in full and even gave a tip because im not comfortable complaining in person. this was a few months ago.

Great customer service and product selection help. Solid brands
