Amazing! Irene knows exactly what to do! I showed her a picture of what I wanted (curtain bangs with a trim of dead ends) I have always been afraid of getting haircuts because I end up with shorter hair than I wanted but she was super mindful about it! She styled it afterwards and it was perfect! I felt beautiful! Everyone there was super friendly and I felt at home! They offered me water and coffee too!

This place is top notch! I’ve been going here for the last 4-5 years. Never had a bad cut here. Irene gives a great cut and the barbers are awesome. Great NY establishment. Cheers to Jerry for keeping it open for over 40 years!

What a wonderful experience at Spiotta...Greeted with Kindness, Expresso, & also Italian cookies...My beautician Irene was amazing!!! She did a wonderful job on my hair,I love it...She also cut my friends hair into a gorgeous pixie cut,which looks so amazing on her.Everyone was so attentive and kind.Thank you Irene you made me feel So Beautiful.Merry Christmas to everyone at Spiotta Salon.

BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for a cut with Jerry. I asked for a LOW fade. He then buzzes the entire side of my head so it cannot be a low fade. I would’ve dealt with that but he then tried to blend it to the top of my head and made it even worse. It was patchy and awful! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I came into Spiotta Salon to try a new look, I got my haircut from Gerry and I just told him to do whatever he wanted to my hair. I have thin/fine hair and in past experiences when I show hair dressers a picture, it never comes out the same. So I told Gerry to do what he thought was best. I should mention he also colored my hair. The final results were amazing. The color was on point, he did jet black and I received so many compliments on the color. And the cut, I will say was the best hair cut I've ever received. He added beautiful layers to my thin hair making it look voluminous. He also suggested hair products which I have been using and I have noticed a complete 180 in my hairs texture and volume. I will definitely recommend this salon and will be returning for haircuts and color!! Thank you Gerry!

Gerry is the best, what else can I say. I've had my hair cut, colored and blown out from Gerry for over 15 years with any and every style possible from short (Halle Berry style) to long and NEVER had a single complaint. My hair always looks and feels healthy, shinny and vibrant. Thank you Gerry for always making me look and feel beautiful.

Gerry is the maestro, the real deal. Impossible to find someone with his 45 years experience, personality and genuine care. After seeing various other barbers who are inconsistent and more expensive I am now a regular at Spiota. Great espresso too.

I chanced upon the salon as I was walking by. Decided to give it a try because of the good review and I wasn't disappointed at all! Mr Edik was an amazing and professional. His experience of years in cutting hair does say a lot of about him. I totally love my new haircut and will be coming back here to cut again whenever I have a flight to New York from Singapore.
