The staff are highly skilled at what they do. Tammy does the absolute best one of a kind nails. She is creative and knowledgeable, keeping healthy nails. This place is a value and I have seen them put up with a lot from cheap people who want pro nails for cheap ... Or walk in service with rude customers. Then leaving no tip or little. If your going to get service, plan on a proper tip. Great place with big hearted people.

Ask yourself, do I mind paying twice the stated price? If so, best go elsewhere. I called ahead about pricing and was ready to spend $50 on a little self care pampering, but I wasn't prepared for the 'and up' as in $45 and up for a basic set of acrylics that became $85 the first time and $100 the next. No gel, just cuticle trimming. Shame on me for getting duped twice here, there won't be a 3rd. Don't believe me? Call and ask for pricing, they ALWAYS say “and up“, no clear price for any nail service. Such a pity though, I live close by and like the work she did. But I don't like feeling resentful. (Since Im at it... nor do I enjoy listening to non -stop phone conversations in Vietnamese when I'm trying to relax). Price is a factor for so many people and small businesses have been hit hard. But shamelessly gouging your neighbors is contemptuous and I don't like it. For clear prices and good work there's a salon about a mile west on Killingsworth. Full set $35, with $10 tip I was able to get the $45 service I can afford.

I have been a customer at Splendid Salon for over 15 years. Hannah and her staff do a consistently beautiful work. I have tried other shops in the area, but no other shop is as clean, as detail oriented, or as friendly and welcoming. The customer service and quality are exceptional, and they always fit me in-it's been easy to make an appointment every time! I highly recommend Splendid Salon.

Simply the best work and the nicest people! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I come in with hangnails and rough looking feet, but they always transform me into a classy and smooth lady :)

So thankful! What a wonderful job on my dip nails. I have to say I am quite particular and not easily impressed. I walked in without an appointment, and they worked me in. I had two technicians (to accommodate my lack of planning and tight schedule). They were both fantastic! They listened to my preferences and took care in making sure that my nails looked perfect. I am thrilled to have found this lovely place!

I had an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. They did a nice job. However, I’ve tried to get an appointment since and they’ve been dismissive, bordering on rude, to me 3 times. Each time I called they said they were too busy to even schedule an appointment for me.

I have been coming here for the past 10 years for the best haircut in town! I also treat myself to nails every once in a while. The Splendid team has always been a warm, welcoming and professional family. Highly recommend :)

I have had my hair cut several times by Kim. Also a couple pedicures here, which were great!Haircuts have always been exactly what I wanted, despite my super thick and somewhat hard-to-work-with hair! Kim is an expert and I will always return here.

I love love love this family business. Hannah and her team are super flexible and accommodating, always fitting me in the schedule when they can. It’s a really nice gesture to call ahead and make an appointment with them. I can tell they appreciate the opportunity to plan for your visit, as they don’t like turning away walk-ins. They want only for your happiness and go the extra mile to make sure your services are perfectly rendered. I know because I am a bit high-maintenance (not proud of it lol) about my gel manicures and I really appreciate all the attention to detail. I feel very loved here. :) The salon is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The vibe is positive, fun and very relaxing! I highly recommend the Splendid Deluxe pedicure - please treat yourself - it includes the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. Ahhh the hot towels alone!! You won’t be sorry!! Sometimes I’ll get a little eyebrow wax as well, and it’s always excellent. I suggest you tip well and bring cash! Walk away feeling like THAT babe. The goddess treatment!

Love Splendid Salon! I have never been unhappy with the pedicures received at Splendid. We initially visited because mt niece bought me a gift certificate. We have been loyal customers ever since. Very relaxing way to pamper myself.

Tammy is the best! I've been seeing her for gel manicures every 2-3 weeks for the last four months and my nails have never looked better. Tammy is experienced and informed, she really understands how different polishes work, how nail beds differ, Etc. She's a straight shooter- she tells it like it is, which I love. I'm so happy I found Tammy!
