Katy is fantastic! I went in for an eyebrow wax/trim and have never been so relaxed. I could have fallen asleep! She is very informative and kind. I can’t wait to book a facial with her. I would recommend her to anyone needing a great esthetician. 11/10!

If you need a facial, Katy is your girl! My treatment was so much fun and relaxing! Katy made the setting feel so serene and everything she used on my skin felt like heaven. It's a rare skill for someone to be able to make extractions painless! Best of all, my skin looked incredible for days after my first treatment and I'm looking forward to improving it's condition with repeat visits!

Had an amazing facial with Zoe today. I don’t take the best care of my skin and I can be a little bit self conscious however Zoe made me feel so comfortable. She is so laid back and non judgmental. Her massage was incredibly relaxing so much so that I nearly fell asleep. I will be going back to Zoe and referring her to friends and colleagues with confidence. Thank you Zoe!

I started going to Splendid early on when they first opened at the Pearl but limited my services to eyebrow waxing/shaping here and there. I don't live in the area so getting my brows done at Splendid was a treat - they are truly the best place in town to get your brows done, hands down. I've been to many other places and there is no comparison to the level of detail you get at Splendid. I just recently started taking advantage of some of their skincare services such as derma planing add ons and full facials. Let me tell you, Splendid is truly the best. The facials are thorough and leave your skin looking hydrated and fantastic. I've done a poor job of taking care of my skin over the years but recently started making it a priority. Their team is knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you things just to sell you things. I highly recommend Splendid and look forward to my next visit!

Completed my first microdermabrasion with Zoe & I could not be more happy with my results . My skin feels baby soft and very refreshed. My eyebrows were also waxed and cleaned up very nicely. 10/10 in terms of professionalism and results. Will definitely be coming back for more services !

I absolutely love splendid, i have the most relaxing day when i go in always leaving so happy with results!!! Zoe waxed by brows after a year of not doing anything to them and my brows have never looked better, she did an amzing!!! I also just got my lashes lifted and ever since i haven’t thought about falsies or extentions!!! Go see Zoe at Splendid!!!

I love this place. I have been going to Alizabeth for over 15 years and she always makes my eyebrows look amazing. She and her staff are very knowledgeable about skincare and take care of their clients. If you haven't been here you definitely should book a service. Their facials are great too.

Splendid is an amazing place to get a spray tan! I went into splendid with never having a spay tan done before and came out with so much knowledge!! Zoe did my spray tan, and so was so helpful with all my questions and preparing/walking me through the whole spray tan process. She made me feel very comfortable with my body and left me feeling so amazing in my skin with my spray tan! If you need a spray tan for any event or just to feel good about yourself I highly recommend seeing Zoe at splendid to make feel beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to go for eyebrow shaping! The environment is lovely and everyone is super friendly and informative. Zoe does amazing work in making sure your eyebrows look as even as possible! I usually breakout a lot above my eyebrows after getting them waxed, but both times I have gotten them done here, my breakouts have been very minimal (I'd still get 1 or 2 but I just have really sensitive skin) Thank you Splendid Skincare and Brow Studio for all you do!

Have been to at least 8 different places to get my brows done between Austin and San Antonio and have NEVER found a place that checks all of the boxes. The friendliest staff around - check. The most knowledgable aestheticians - that customize their treatment to your skin's unique qualities, age, and your personal taste - check. The most talented aestheticians in terms of shaping / defining the most flattering shape for my face - check. Use products that aren't irritating to my skin and are NOT uncomfortable at all during the wax - check. Offer a wide range of services so I don't have to go anywhere else - check. AND all in one beautiful place that is well appointed and styled, yet perfectly comfortable and approachable - check. THANK you, SPLENDID (& especially MONICA, my favorite, the most genuine and friendly gal in town! No but seriously, she is like a friend from day 1).

I got my eyebrows done a while ago, and the shape was great! However, my eyebrows did not get trimmed at all so I had to do that myself. Splendid is so clean and cute, and I can't wait to be back soon!

This is the absolute BEST place in town to get your lashes and brows done! Monica has been taking care of my lash lifts and brow waxing for about a year and I have ALWAYS been thrilled with the results. She really takes the time to know your goals and always provides such a wonderful and relaxing experience. I have tried a few other placed in San Antonio prior to finding Splendid and they did not even come close to the level of service provided here. I would highly recommend Splendid to anyone in search of a fun, reliable, and professional brow/skincare studio!
