I had another amazing experience at Split Endz today with Lori. She does such an excellent job. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful my hair looks. Not only does my hair look great but I have fun at the salon. All of the stylists are so nice and friendly. Spilt Endz is the best!

I had never gone to this salon but 1x previous and so my 2nd appointment was to be on 12/4/24. On 12/3/24 @ 3pm I received a vm from the salon telling me that Lori was out as she had hurt her knee and that Lori would reach back out once she was back in the salon. I called the salon back to inform them that unless Lori just hurt her knee, it was extremely unprofessional to wait till the last minute to inform me. (Nothing was mentioned that it did just happen.) The lady from the salon told me that Lori will call me to reschedule and gave no other option to accommodate me. I informed her that I will not be making another appointment with Lori if this is how she handles her clients who pay her bills nor will I make one with another stylist there as they are all 1099 employees with little to no standards on customer service. thank you

Denise, Lori, and all of the stylists at Split Endz are the sweetest and most professional people in the business. There is a reason that I've been coming here for over 20 years! They make you feel like family when you walk in the door and it's an amazing experience from start to finish. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I want to address the most recent review from Patty. A one star review for being asked to reschedule an appointment after Lori had a serious injury is beyond pathetic. You seem like a miserable person and seeing that you only give one star reviews on Google says everything about you that a person needs to know. Have the day you deserve, Patty.

Thank for a great hair day!!! New color new cut!! Couldn’t be happier! Lori did an amazing job and so thankful she is feeling better and getting back on her feet after her knee injury.

I absolutely love coming here. They have the most calm vibes and best tunes. I have been coming here as long as I can remember. I always end up with exactly what I asked for. Everyone here is wonderful but Denise is my favorite. She is very attentive to her clients hair health and is always sharing knowledge and answering questions. She is a hot commodity so make sure to get your appointment in advance!! 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely loved it!!! Today was my first time going to Split Endz and I’m never going back to where I went before!! I went to Mandy and she was so kind, informative and did an amazing job! I have never loved a haircut as much as I love the one I just got! 10/10 I will be going there again!

This salon is a comfortable, soothing place to go with a super friendly staff who are very talented. Shannon is the best stylist that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. She is considerate to my needs and has done an exceptional job on my hair when I see her.

Jilliane is AMAZING! She came in on her day off to do my daughters hair for her wedding; with last minute notice. We never did a practice before the big day. Her hair was gorgeous and held up all day and night even in the foggy drizzle. She has very long heavy hair it was impressive! My only regret was that I didn’t have her do mine too!

Mandie is amazing!! I'm one of those people who only trusts one person with their hair and will do whatever possible to not try anyone new. Recently I really needed my hair trimmed but couldn't make it home to my "regular" stylist. I met Mandie through volunteering and when I found out she also does hair, I decided to go out on a limb. I'm honestly extremely happy that I did. She stayed within my comfort zone and she made time pass by so fast. She knows what she's doing and it tells. Also it was such a great price for her service.
