I should have known better than to come back to this place but I thought I was lucky enough to not get the same person as the last time I had a bad experience here. I don’t even know who I’m complaining about right now because she didn’t even introduce herself. The entire thing was rushed. I asked for a fade and to trim my beard down to one length. After the cut, she held up the mirror for me to see the back of my head for about 3 seconds and I was able to glance at it backwards through a small mirror that was almost 7 feet away from the big mirror. When I got home and finally got to see my hair, you can see that the “fade” isn’t even faded. It’s just a 3 inch wide dark line all the way around my head. Then, I notice she missed a big spot right on the front of my chin when all she needed to do was make it all one length with a #1 clip. I paid $36 plus a $7 tip just to have to go somewhere else tomorrow and pay someone to fix this mess. This place is so bad I wouldn’t even let them fix it for free if they offered that because I don’t trust any of them to not just make it even worse than it already is.

I recently returned home from a deployment and had the pleasure of being able to get a proper haircut here finally. Big shout out to Julia who made sure I got the exact cut I wanted and treated me like a king. I will definitely be returning to get haircuts here regularly.

April did my hair for back to school! She was so funny, I get nervous trying new hair styles but she made me feel at ease about it, she did my dads hair so I figured I would give her a try! She gave me cute layers and some curtain bangs. I got so many compliments on my new hair when I started back to school! This girl can do guys and gals! Go see April!

My husband and I was very impressed April was our stylist she was fabulous at cutting women’s hair and even better at men’s!!!! We will definitely going to be back!!!!!! Thank goodness there are still hairstylist like April still around !!!!She is a true Artist , and such a sweet and caring lady!!!!

This new manager April actually got me to try something new and I love it! She told me what she thought would look good on me instead of just doing what I always do. I feel like she actually cared! I will be going back to see her and my friends will as well. On line check in makes it so easy to get in with her! She talked me into the MVP and I will be getting that every time, so relaxing

Worst haircut of my life. Stay away from the crazy lady with the glasses and non stop twitch. I now have a terrible haircut and a terrible headache. She took over an hour scraping the skin off my head over and over again in the same spots. Talked my ear off about drug problems and murders and what not going on in her personal life. Nightmare of a haircut and horrific experience. My whole head is red and fire. She kept twitching the whole time and even put the clippers in my ears and kept scraping my cheeks for no reason. Stay away from this location if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Worst haircut ever.First and last time I will go to a sports clips.$29 for a haircut is ridiculous for 5 minutes. My 11-year-old daughter could have done the same quality of work. On top of that first time customers are supposed to get a $36 package for $29 which I did not. I will never go back.

I love going to sports clips because I trust that I will get a decent haircut every time. But I'll be damned if I go to a place where a haircut price is just a basic service price. They will upcharge $16 to do a super shaver (bald). Basically, to get the haircut that I used to always get, now has some hidden charge this store just added in. I always ask for a high skin fade and when they use a size 1 to cut my hair, I ask, can I get what I asked for; a skin fade. That will be $16 extra. Like what?? No thanks! This is the last time I go here.

They charged 29 for the haircut, 8 for the super shaver to bald my head, 8 to use the super shaver on back of my neck, 16 to trim my beard, 8 to use the super shaver on my neck for about 20 seconds and another 8 for…something. The barber did not ask for permission or clarify cost for anything past the beard and neck trim. 77 dollars. For a buzz cut and beard trim. And as I was driving, I found hair on the back of my head and neck. So I paid 69 dollars, (she comped one 8 because “I didn’t know”), for her to miss hair. I didn’t know what else to tell her. I apologized because I never fail to tip but…I tipped her nothing and told her I wouldn’t come back. She said that they had only been charging for the super shave on everything they use it on, (which was actually a “semi super shave”), since their management was replaced. That was a month ago. No thank you. I’ll find some local barber to give my money to.

I would give a 5 star review because the manager there really took care of us. My spouse went in for a haircut and Elaine was his first stylist, she rushed his haircut in under 10 minutes and the haircut was horrible. There was many uneven spots the fade was so bad and so high in different spots. This is a style my spouse has had for over a decade. I’m concerned that she was arguing with the manager about her schedule and not too concerned about the cut. My spouse was not offered a shampoo or even asked about the haircut. The manager was very concerned and got us back to try and fix the problem. She went above and beyond to correct the problem. I really appreciated everything she did and the way she handled the situation. Everyone has bad days but this manager takes care of her clients and would be the only reason we would return.
