they only hire like two people during the week so at any given time if there’s 5 people there you’re gonna wait an hour and a half. went in and never ended up getting my haircut

The haircuts they offer are hit and miss. Sometimes they do a perfect job and sometimes I go home and everything's crooked and I have to fix it myself. Make sure you have them wash and dry your hair so you can see everything

Came here a few times. Maybe 3 months ago. Was going to dismiss it after getting an atrocious haircut, having to go to Mane men’s shortly after and cleaning it up for another fee. Thankfully gave it another shot, and Maria Hernandez has been great! She’s been my go-to, and never fails to deliver. Check her out,, you won’t be disappointed. She’s Spanish as well so that’s a plus!

Madelyn is “the best hairstylist” in my opinion at this location. She is consistent at giving GREAT customer service and GREAT haircuts to both my boys. I’ve had other stylist cut my son’s hair and let’s just say no where near as good nor did they have patience for a 9 yr old and 13 yr old. Mind you, my oldest son does not move what so ever. The patience Madelyn has with children is AMAZING I cannot say the same for the other girls. I gave a 5 star rating for Madelyn. Honestly if she wasn’t there I would not go to this location.

Maria H cut my hair today and it came out better than expected! Everyone there usually does a good job, but I didn't even have to explain much to Maria and she did it exactly how I wanted it!

I get a different person every time but they have all done a good job. I love that I can track it online and they are fast at cutting my hair and also offer washing it off after.

Ruby is beyond amazing every single time. She has been cutting my son’s hair since he was 9 months old. Today while there, another stylist had my son and she very clearly did not know what she was doing. My son was in tears and he never cries during his haircuts. She had botched his hair and still didn’t know what she was doing. She was also burning him with how hot her clippers had gotten. Thank god for Ruby, she saw the situation and took over. She was able to salvage what was left of my son’s hair and fix it. She calmed him down and was able to finish his haircut without any tears. Thank you!! Not sure of the other stylist name but she will NEVER touch my son again.

I've been coming here for a while. The service today was horrible. I checked in 2 hours early, showed up 30 minutes early. Waited 45 minutes and lost my spot. My name just disappeared. Meanwhile I sat around 2 hairstylist sitting in the waiting area on their phones.... I will not be returning

Needed a quick last minute clean up as my primary barber was not available. Checked in online and waited at home till it was near my time, which was convenient and easy. Once arrived I checked in only to wait for a few minutes to be in a chair. Mindy was welcoming and down to earth. She cut my hair as requested, went with MVP which included a wash with hot towel, massage chair and scalp massage, shoulder, massage, and style. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great cut at a great value. I would revisit here if my primary barber is not available. Check in online as wait times can be high.
