I had an amazing experience at Sport Clips, all thanks to my stylist, Michelle! From the moment I walked in, Michelle made me feel welcome and comfortable. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail was spot on, and she made sure everything looked perfect before I left the chair. On top of the great cut, Michelle was super friendly and professional. We had a great conversation, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. The MVP experience with the wash, hot towel, and massaging shampoo was the cherry on top If you’re looking for a top-notch haircut and a stylist who truly knows her craft, ask for Michelle at Sport Clips. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Oh my.. this place has gone down. Lazy stylist. Rude stylist. Ask me how i know? I waited 45minutes for a cut!!! You can pick up on alot watching a store for 45minutes. I see this sports clips shutting down soon. Lousy run business ,which is sad that it just opened.

Always waiting much longer than the estimated time. Waited 45 min with an expected time showing 16 min. The last 15 min of my wait, 3 stylists were done and hiding in the back. I was the only customer waiting, ended up leaving.

Sharon was amazing, She asked all the right questions and actually listened to what I wanted done and during the cut if there was anything that I didn’t like, she absolutely fixed it on the spot. She’s a great communicator and a great stylist. I’ll be back to see her soon.

While i was trying to get a SIMPLE haircut around 5:45pm. The lady that was cutting my hair was intoxicated. She was blabbering, slurring, lack of focus, and finally i smelled alcohol in her breath. No i do not remember her name but she had green eyes, white, and had short colored hair. Im definitely not going bc there anymore.

Kaylea A: Not very sure of herself. Definitely let her feelings about the customer not knowing what looks good affect her ability. I was asked if I wanted my hair washed, I said, "Yes, the full MPV". I got a hot towel and my hair rinsed, not washed. No massage, no tree tree shampoo, and the cut is questionable. I'm not a good judge of this stuff, but not one of my best looks. Was also not asked about buying products. I forgot I needed to buy more tea tree. Would recommend a different stylist. Will likely stop at Denham to see if they can clean the look up.

We went in for my Two year olds hair cut, Brittany did so good! She was so kind, gentle and patient. She helped my son enjoy his haircut. Will definitely come back just for her ❤️

Extremely rude. The young girl kept making a point to remind me to use the app and check in online next time. I told her I was interested and she kept being overly pushy. I just stopped trying to check in and left. She thought it was funny. The last time I came it was fantastic service, but today's trip lost my business.i would avoid the rude people.

First time visiting this salon with my son. I had received a free coupon and was hesitant on bringing him there from hearing other customer reviews. This was the fastest service we've ever received and the atmosphere made it even more comfortable. The salon was clean and provided entertainment.

I walked in on Saturday morning 11-4 with nobody inside and both girls sitting in their chair looked up at me and just looked back at their phone and didn’t even offer to help me. I just walked out and left. Horrible service.

Absolutely great experience. Not only did I get a great haircut, I had my beard trimmed up, received a hot towel, and a pretty good shoulder massage with one of those massage guns. Was also able to have a few laughs with my stylist. Speaking of, I highly recommend Shawna. She's hilarious, and a great stylist. 10/10 experience.

Great place to get a cut. Very professional, friendly staff. Chelsea gave me a great fade as always! I haven't had the opportunity to try others at this location but those I seen walking out had great cuts as well! If you are looking for a great place then look no further!
