Pricing wass not clearly communicated. Specifically requested my mustache not get trimmed above the lip-line; they partially followed the request: one side of my mustache shows the skin above my lip, the other side is at the lip-line. Asked for the MVP package, I was not told the shampoo and conditioner would be extra on top of that. Also, the stylist replaced the included hot towel during the hair washing portion with a fresh one. I thought, "oh that's considerate." Found out at payment that was an extra $5. Recommend asking if each thing the stylists asks if you want comes with an extra charge. What I thought was going to be a $30 charge ended up being almost $45

Rhea did a wonderful job on my son's long hair. She didn't try to convince him to cut it, which was nice. Many places we go try to get him to change the style, but he loves it so that isnt an option. His hair was only trimmed and cleaned up a bit, but looks so good now! Thank you!
