Last time for my boys and I.. I have no idea why they have a wait list and allow people to sign up. Room full of people who are checked in and waiting, but apparently if the stylist knows you or you are a regular you can jump the line with out an appointment or joining the wait list, sat and watched my sons wait time go from being on deck to a 12 min wait.... finally 20 mins after he was on deck he got called, brutal...Done with sports clips, will spend my money elsewhere

Melinda is the bomb! She is a true professional in every sense of the word. She provides a great haircut and has a great sense of humor. And get this: She takes notes on what you like so she can do the same thing the next time. How's that for caring about her customers?!

18 people on the waiting list. 12 of them in store ready for a haircut and not one stylist is cutting hair. As each of the 4-5 stylists finished their clients haircut they walked to the back. Literally 12 people waiting and no one currently cutting hair…. 2pm on a Saturday. Unbelievable.

I needed a haircut badly today, and fortunately I had the foresight to schedule my haircut in advance, knowing this sports clips location was always in high demand—and for good reason! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the team and my stylist, Sarah, without delay or reservation. What impressed me most was the sheer dedication and work ethic of the entire team. From the moment I booked to the time I arrived, all five stylists had been tirelessly working non-stop, handling a packed salon with at least 15 people still waiting. Despite the obvious pressure and constant motion, they managed to maintain an upbeat, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. I was especially blown away by how Sarah and the other stylists juggled cutting hair while attending to guests at the front, all without missing a beat. Even when it became clear they wouldn’t have time for a break, their positive attitudes never wavered. This level of dedication and professionalism is truly exceptional. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—Sarah and the team are absolute rock stars. As I always have, I will continue to bring my loyalty to this specific location.

Sarah A is by far the best barber I have met. She has alway kept me looking dapper. She has kept my cowlick at bay, which barbers in the past have struggled with. Sarah A is by far the best!!

I can't say enough good things about my barber, Darla, at Sports Clips. She's hands down the best barber I've ever had. Darla knows her stuff when it comes to hair products, and she always recommends the right ones for me, leaving my hair looking healthier than ever. Her haircutting skills are on point! Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks perfect, and I get so many compliments. Darla pays attention to the details and makes sure everything is just right. Melanie was outstanding!!! So much attention to detail about how I wanted my haircut. I had no idea there were so many options to a fade and trim. The MVP was well worth it. She is by far the best barber I have ever had and for the first time in two decades, I will ask for a stylist by name! Experience here is always great. However, Melanie brings it to a whole new level!

Took my two sons here, they got a decent haircut but the staff was amazing with them. My boys are 7 and 4 and they loved their haircuts. One of my sons still had some long hairs around the ears. Which was my only complaint, but I should of asked them to fix it during their appointment.

Very sleazy and uncomfortable place. The lady had an attitude when I asked her to do a different cut because she didn't do it right the first time. Said something along the lines of "I've never had to do a haircut three different times". I'm military so if I ask you to do it a certain way, I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just following the parameters my job gives me.

The haircut is good, the staff were friendly, the facility clean and the overall experience was great. Very simple in and out with a good end priduct.

Disappointed because other visits to purchase product went great but this one arrived at the location at 5:30 for the entire place to be closed and very dark even though everything shows 6pm close. Unfortunately will have to make a special trip.

Started off with no wait time, which was excellent. Manager/Trainer had a new hire start cutting my hair and explaining to her how to do it, whilst being aggressive and uncoordinated with the trimmer- which freaked me out. I did not want to be someone's test subject- leave that to friends and family. Manager didn't even blow my hair off or anything pretty much just said have a good one. I've been here many times but I feel that service was unacceptable.
