The actual haircut took over 50 minutes and hair was dumped all over me and not blown out at all not going back to this sports clips

Please run if Carrie is your stylist. Idk what's going on with that location, but I won't be back. I was very clear about what I wanted. I didn't get blown off at the end, and my hair cut was butchered. Her trimmers were so loud and cheap it was tearing my hair not cutting it. REPEAT, if Carrie is your stylist RUN or wait for someone else to become available.

Waited 35 minutes when I was told 20 but that’s not why I walked out . I watched Whitney and Stacey take a customer that walked in 10 minutes after me and name wasn’t even on the board . I immediately walked out and won’t be back . Terrible service all around I do not recommend this place or either stylist

About 1 1/2 years ago I went there. I asked for a scissors cut, which is my usual. They pulled out clippers and scalped me. The haircut was so bad you could see my scalp! My hair did not grow out for another 2-3 months. The worst haircut I had in decades. I never returned.

I don't fully know why but all the regulars who gave great cuts made a mass exodus. Makes me believe that either the owner or manager is hard to work with. I was planning on using up my remaining haircuts I prepaid then leaving. I was going to leave a 1 star review because of it, but Brittany gave me an awesome cut. If they csn keep her around I might buy another ticket. If they lose her I'm never coming back to the Dent location.

I’ve been getting my haircuts here for several months now and I love it here. Maddie always does a really great job, is very personable, and is always nice to catch up with. I’ll definitely be back soon.

First job that I was sad to leave. The staff is amazing, talented and helpful. Kristin was a great coach and I learned a lot from her and her team. This experience helped me polish up my skills and now I'm on to FAIRFIELD!! Thank you guys!

I stopped in for my quarterly haircut and I am very happy I did. The online check in system is awesome. I walked right in to my favorite stylist Maddie who gave me another great haircut. Next time I visit, I am bringing the kids.

Today and on Friday I get a text telling me “Batter Up” your next in line. When I get there they are closed. This place is obviously going through some issues and are now unreliable.

Yes, Sport Clips is more expensive when prices compared to Great Clips and others like them... but like most things in life, you get what you pay for. My stylist (Corey) was friendly and did a great job. I only had 25 minutes and she got me cleaned up and on my way right on time.
