Went to take my son after work, the store closes at 6pm on Tuesdays but when we got there at 5:39, the door was locked and the lights were off. I knocked on the door and an older blonde lady, chubby in stature, appeared from her chair area then walked to the back and didn’t turn around to address us. I understand not being able to take someone at 6pm but this was 20 minutes before closing time. It doesn’t even take 20 minutes to cut his hair! We went to Great Clips across the street and they were packed with people with an hour long wait! Please do better and at least stay open until posted hours. Thank you.

Unfortunately they had turned off their online booking, since I was next door I walked in to see if I could get in to get a haircut, staff was not exactly welcoming immediately told me they were booked for the day with ZERO customers in the lobby. They told me to come back tomorrow and use the app which was the whole point of walking in since the app was not letting me check in....... Seems to me they don't really care about customer service, its a shame to run into a poorly run franchise of this brand. Sidenote- They had no customers on the waitlist screen.

We cannot say enough great things about Alison at SportClips! She is our go-to for both my husband and 14-yr-old son. My son had a pretty awful haircut from another place and she not only fixed it, but took notes along the way of what he was wanting. We left with a great haircut (and very happy kid) and continue to get amazing cuts every time we go back to her!

I am giving my review after using this location for the first time!! I am super satisfied with the way they cut my sons hair!!! We have had no luck with other local hair places. This was a wonderful experience, the staff was super friendly! The stylist engaged in a nice conversation the whole time with my son as she was cutting his hair! I give them 5 stars. Very clean and tidy place, overall perfect experience! We will definitely be using them from here on out!

I’m new in this area and walked in for the first time to be told “your wait will be 230 minutes”. With three others in the waiting room, 4 stylists (two sitting doing nothing) I asked why so long. I was basically told to not come unless I check in online. I’m getting really tired of giving my money to people who don’t value human interaction anymore and will be bringing my business to someone who appreciates my business.

Just got a haircut from Jasmine and she was amazing. Glad I treated myself to the MVP. Well worth it. Glad to have found my new stylist and close to home. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The website made it easy to check in and get a haircut during my lunch time. The quality of the haircut did not match the price. I had to do finishing touches at home. I'll spend a little more next time.

Under staffed Lady didn’t seem to be in a hurry with the guy before me, seemed like they were related or knew each other. No urgency though me and a few others were waiting an hour.

Regina is the BEST! She cuts all three of my boys’ hair and always does a fantastic job! My teenage boys have different hairstyles and she always cuts their hair perfectly to their liking. She’s also a pro at cutting the blonde blonde hair of my youngest son…which can be tricky. She is patient and kind and my boys always enjoy visiting with her. I highly recommend Regina for you next haircut!

Regina was Awesome. Enjoyed the heat and massage, but her hair cutting skill was incredible. I.E., I can count on one hand how many times a hairdresser has cut my hair well the first time. I have extremely fairly come out of a shop thinking my hair looked good after being cur. She listened to what I had to say, and them executed to precision. I was truly impressed.

What can I say? Regina is the best!! Every time I get my haircut with her, it’s perfect! All other cuts, pale in comparison. She is consistent, attentive to detail, and she takes her time. She doesn’t make you feel rushed, even when they’re busy. Highly recommend!!
