Terrible hairstylist do not go to Britney she did an awful job then argued with me about how she did do it right when I was telling her I did not like the way she cut my sons hair. When I asked for her to fix it she was very obviously annoyed. Then my son informed me that he asked for a trim off the top and she never did it. When I called to see if I could bring him back in another day to get it fixed the manager then argued with me saying my son was a liar. Terrible customer service.

They did very well the first time I went to this location. Second time, kinda felt rushed. And for a haircut near the mid 20 range, I contemplate of going to a barbershop for only a few bucks more

I asked for a specific hair style and they completely messed it up and I asked for half an inch off the top and they took a lot more than that. I asked for a small fade, not enough to see the skin but like good enough for the fade to be visible and they gave me a taper, my hair is messed up now and I won’t be going back.

All the boys get their haircuts here. Even my wee 3 year old got a fade high top and looked soo smart after. Clean, quick, I recommend it.

Business hours online and posted on the door say this place closes at 7 pm however they always claim they're booked if you walk in at 6pm. Walked in and no clients were there, but yet they say they're "booked" as soon as you walk in. Why not just change your hours then? Not the fist time this has happened.

Busy on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and for some reason the app doesn't allow me to make reservations So as walk in was told it would be 20 minute wait which ended up being 30 or so but acceptable. Haircut went well and lady listened and followed my request. All in all a good haircut and good experience.

Great service and friendly staff. I have been going since moving to the west side and always have a great experience. The ladies always do a great job. It’s a busy location so be prepared and check-in in person.

I recently visited Sports Clips for a haircut, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere and a complete disregard for customer service. Firstly, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. They barely acknowledged my presence and did not make any effort to provide a warm welcome or make me feel comfortable. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine care for the customers. Moreover, the haircut itself was far from satisfactory. Thank you to big city cuts for repairing the damage this company has done to me.

This place is a joke. I checked in online and was given an estimated wait time of 40 minutes. Got to the location 30 mins later and checked in. I somehow still had a 40 min wait time. I kept getting bumped OVER AND OVER AGAIN. It was brought up to Jess the manager and she said that all times provided are “estimates”. She just kept using that word over and over again because she couldn’t justify their poor customer service.

Today was my 2nd visit to the West Town Marketplace location of Sport Clips. My stylist, Lizbeth, remembered me from my last visit and did an outstanding job! She listened to me, made suggestions and gave me the best experience ever. I highly recommend this location and hope y'all check them out!

Using the app is very convenient, no more waiting, and the place is super clean, staff is friendly and can't beat the MVP.

When I try to use the app but it’s very buggy when I want to go in and then add one or two of my kids . Sport Clips wait list is not accurate at all and punishes anyone not using the app by continuously pushing walk-ins down the list.
