I've been going to sports clips for over 10 years and have used Ashley almost the whole time. She is the kindest, friendliest and most professional person I have had the pleasure of knowing. She always cut my hair just the way I like it and she makes it a fun experience every time.

I went to get my son's hair faded, trimmed and lined up before his big game and he left looking like this! I tried asking the girl to fix it and it just kept getting worse, so we had to leave. My son was so upset! We will not be going back!

Jasmine is one of the best , she does the job perfectly and she is nice . I've been trying to schedule an appointment but I think she does not work there no more . It sucks when you have to change your barber.

You will wait for hours and then when you get here they will cancel your wait in line and make you wait again. Every single time I have been here there is a ridiculous wait. I try to use the system to wait in line but it will remove you automatically

I came to this location at 430 pm on a Saturday. Before coming into the store I tried to check in on the app….all of the other local stores had wait times posted but the app showed an unavailable wait time for this location. I thought maybe the app was malfunctioning so I came in to see what the line was like. I walked in and saw two people sitting in them waiting area. I started to check in and was met with “did you check in online?” I said, no. And the response was “ok well you can check in but we won’t be getting to you until after we’re closed,” in a very rude tone. I noticed the sign on the door said the store closed at 6. I said nothing I took my business elsewhere and went around the corner to great clips and got my hair cut for half the price and a much friendlier staff. I will not be visiting this location again.

Friendly service and great for kids cuts also. Easy to reserve your spot on their website. Free MVP upgrade when it’s your first cut in that location.
