Bre did a great job with my 3 year olds haircut. She was very kind, patient and professional. He was very nervous, but she was able to make him comfortable, which is no easy task! His hair looks great and we’ll be back again!

Joana gave my husband the worst, uneven hair cut I’ve never seen in my entire life. We will not be returning. Don’t recommend this establishment at all

Signed in through the app and walked into the store. Was addressed kindly by the first hairdresser who asked if I had signed in already and when I pointed to my name at the top of the board told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. After a few minutes wait, the next hairdresser came up and called the person after me. When said customer told them that I was ahead of them, I told them it was fine and they could go ahead. The hairdresser then copped an attitude with ME telling me I didn’t check in properly and that if I didn’t use their kiosk it didn’t count. I explained that the previous hairdresser told me I was good to go and they just reiterated the kiosk was all that mattered and took the other customer back. So, I checked in on the kiosk. Waited another ten minutes when suddenly I got a text saying that I failed to check in and was removed from their system. Checked the board and sure enough, my name was no longer there even though I was listed as checked in just a few moments before. I don’t mind the wait, but to hell with the disrespect. Will never return to this location.
