I walked in and was warmly greeted. Adela noticed it was my birthday and gave me a fantastic birthday card from Sport Clips. Thank you, it was awesome! She truly is the MVP!

Mediocre haircut, horrendous reservation system. Finally writing a review after half a dozen experiences where the wait is "00" minutes when I join the "lineup," then when I arrive 2.5 minutes later (I live one block away), there is a 30+ minute wait. Once you get through the "surprise" 30-90 minute wait, you walk out with an uneven, amateurish haircut the "stylist" rushed through. It's happened so many times I have to go through a lengthy reminder every, single, time, that they need to run the clippers all different directions to get it even. Will gladly go pay 3x somewhere else for a basic haircut at a place that accepts reservations. Not sure who has time to goof around with a "aha, gotcha" system like this crap hole, but it won't be me ever again.

Great Sport Clips location. With the online check in app, I never have to wait long for a haircut here. Stylists are great and really know how to give a great looking haircut. Appreciate the great service.

Clean, friendly, fast and great haircut. Their hours seem to be consistent unlike Super Cuts. Got tired of calling one Super Cuts store after another and being told that they're closing early or booked for the day. When I want a haircut I want a haircut. I tried Sport Clips and glad I did, they will be cutting my hair from now on.

My husband and son want to go to no other place after coming here. That says something. They loved the MVP treatment for being first timers. They will be going back too .

I hope I can change this later because I've been going to Sports Clips on and off for years. This is a review mostly to critique their booking system choice. Waited all day for the wait times to reduce. When it was finally down to 0-15 mins it was an hour before closing. When I booked it was a 0 minute wait so I booked and headed right over. Got there and both stylists had clients. Likely walk ins, which is what it is, but the system needs to let people know updated wait times in these cases. I wouldn't have waited when I got there or gone at all if I knew I would have been waiting for 30 minutes only to have 10 minutes left before closing. It's frustrating because the stylist that would have helped me seemed like a total sweetheart too!! But I'm not going to keep her past closing because the system is inefficient.

Everyone is friendly, efficient, professional. It's hard to find someone to give you a good haircut, but in this place everyone does an excellent job, thanks guys, I’ll see you next Sunday!

Had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. And she charged me for “changing” the haircut(trying to get the haircut I went there for). It sucks cause I went here all the time but have had back to back bad experiences now, and hate giving a bad review. I’m hoping they see this and change

Maggie cut my hair this time. She really listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. She gave me one of my favorite haircuts in 2 years.

Not so good walked in for a cut sat and waited then found out you could only pay with cash because of equipment problems

You will not regret getting your hair cut at this location. Everyone there is fantastic at what they do and they are all so incredibly kind. Overall 10/10
