The first time I was there they did a great job..... The next time the barber messed up my beard I asked to line it up that's all and she went about cutting my long beard short.... She apologized but half my beard was gone before she realized it.... I decided to go again because I couldn't find a Walk in place ...the stylist act like she didn't want to touch my head... I wanted to do the MVP thing but she act like she didn't want to wash my hair..... I just told her to line me up and I left .... I will never come back....find some permanent and professional stylist please

I just had one of the best haircut experiences of my entire life. Gave the exact haircut I wanted exactly as I wanted it. The lady cutting my hair was very nice and professional. 10/10 I'm getting my haircuts here from now on.

Have been going to this location for many years completely satisfied, Brittany usually does my hair and does a fantastic job. I went today and she wasn't working so I got a haircut from Kelsey and was charged $29.00 for a senior haircut. No MVP or products. I thought that this haircut usually is priced at around $14.00. I was in a hurry and wasn't paying close attention but this seems high priced to me.

I waited for an hour to get a haircut. Everytime my name came up at next they moved sometime in front of me. I will never again darken the for is any sports clips location due to the nature of the treatment that I received at this location today. It's sad for the stylist as I usually get the ultimate and generally tip 30+% they lost a customer today and it cost them money. And no, I'm not downloading you're app and giving you my entire life history just to get a freaking haircut.

Arrived after signing in online and they got me in, in a very timely manor! Brittany cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I left satisfied with my haircut. 10/10 recommend!

My son got his haircut by Brittany and has been begging for a cross. He's special needs and she was compassionate and working well with him. He was upset and wanted to help vacuum up some of his hair and she even let him! That's exceptional service if you ask me

Janae the stylist at E. Washington St & German Church is the best stylist I've ever come across. As a 51 yr male, I basically say down and said "so what you think is best" that was over 1 yr ago. My wife likes my hair style much better and I always get compliments from others. The shop is clean, all stylists are super friendly and I feel like a new man after having my hair washed and my head/neck massaged.

Jenae or Jennie not sure how to spell, but she did an amazing job, great customer service, was fun to talk to and told me about options concerning my hair I wasn't aware of. All together I spent about 54$ but I feel like it was worth it. She got me the ultimate MVP and man was it worth it. You get a face steam, shampoo and scalp massage , shoulder massage and haircut. I opted for the beard trim too. Id say the price is on par with barber shops and the quality was just as good. I'll be back for sure.

My boyfriend got a spectacular haircut. Christie took her time asked questions. Keisha took me around to look at products. She actually took me around the shop to explain what each product was and even opened them so I could smell them. They absolutely provided the best customer service I have ever received at any salon. Not to mention I found out they cut women's hair! I'm planning to go next week!!!
