Arrived when I was supposed to. Time went to 5mins after sitting there.. while watching the hair stylists sit there and talk looked at me then walked out of the building. I sat there for 40 mins.. so after waisting my time I left.

I’ve been going to Sports Clips for over 3 years. There are a few stylist I stick with. Most recently I’ve been going to Angell. She does a great job, to be specific she does what I ask; sometimes I like to change it up some and shes outstanding every time. I can always count on her professionalism, consistency and precision. Since some of the other stylist have left, I’ll be staying with her from now on. Once you get someone who knows your hair, it’s worth staying. Thanks Angell, keep up the great work!

Unfortunately I have to modify my review score from a 5 to 3 star. Location refuses to set appointments, has major scheduling issues, and keeps customers waiting over an hour just to get a haircut. I like the service provided, but I don't have the luxury to wait in store hoping to finally receive service.

Love my sports clips. What better way to get a haircut than with a head massage and shampoo and then a neck massage all while watching sports. Does it get any better? No, no it does not.

The manager here is extremely unprofessional. My hair was messed up and I came back for them to fix it. Never got a sorry or anything. Called the manager and asked if it’s normal not to apologize. She said well did you get your hair fixed. She has NO customer service skills. I will be finding who her boss is because it was extremely rude! Will NOT be returning

If you are a male looking for a haircut, ask for Ely! She was very precise and friendly. She was able to fade blend my hair just the way I like it!

I really tried giving this place a chance. I came a two times. Each time I’ve had the worst experience. I use to love going to sports clips. This one is not one to go to. The stylist talk about inappropriate topics. They do horrible fades. They ruined my bangs. The last two time I tried to get a haircut from this place I came an hour before they close because I can’t do much about work. Each time they would complain that that they close in an hour and refuse service to you so they can be out when the store closed. They don’t care about their customers in the least. I’ve worked the service industry and you take customers until you close. You don’t turn them away before because you want it to be more convenient for yourself.

Disappointing experience from this location. Have been using Sport Clips for 15 years at multiple locations but this one is by far the worse, single handedly from the woman with the long and wavy hair. Watch out for her attitude and sneaky pricing.

There isn't any proper after-cut cleaning and you will get out with all the hair on your neck and cloth

Tina is hilarious and cuts your hair like a breeze. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Just moved to the area. Found my spot. Great atmosphere. East going and to the point. Check it out. All the ladies cut well and are super friendly.

Angel was my husband’s stylist and she did a wonderful job, she had a great attitude and he came back looking awesome. She is now our go to. I can’t thank her enough. I hope she is appreciated for her skill and great customer service. Very happy wife here.

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. They do a great job no matter who I let cut my hair. You can check the wait before you show up with App so you know how long it will be.

Decent haircut but it bothers me a lot that you guys charge for the most expensive haircut everytime. The prices are posted on your wall and I’ve never been charged for the standard haircut. I never get the bells and whistles but I still get charged for the premium haircut that includes the massage, shampoo, etc.

Haircut wasn't bad but when I was leaving I asked if mine was in the 26 dollar bracket posted on the wall because it was a basic haircut and instead of just politely informing me that that was for kids and elderly, the lady with blonde frizzy hair raised one eyebrow and condescendingly asked "well, are you elderly or under the age of 12"... I don't understand the need to condescend customers with obvious rhetorical questions.. whatever gets her through her day though

I come here many times throughout the year to get my haircut. I only use Erin. And I stick to her because every stylist will be different, but Erin seems to have a good eye for styling hair. I've been to hair stylists who blame the shape of my skull for the way the hair suddenly shifts weirdly. With Erin, you will not hear that. She will fix your hair to look good. She got great mom stories too, which I like to hear.

I don’t know the name of her but she acts like manager of the store she is very very rude lady you think she does the hair cut for free and never listen to you, as well as their store all haircut mowers are very old and hurt my two sons nick, I will never visit that store again, whenever you paying their money they always counting tip in the original price.

This place sucks they have me a skullet when I asked for a low drop fade. I had to shave off all my hair.
