I have been looking for a new place to get my haircut ever since I moved. I had never tried sports clip but happened to be working there this one when I completed my day's work. It's cool that you can check yourself in and if you have an app you can even make an appointment and select a certain stylist if you so desire. The young lady that took care of me was very friendly and nice while she did an excellent job on my hair. I opted for the MVP and was pleasantly surprised. It was nice for a change to have my hair washed, my scalp massaged as well as the shoulder and neck massager. It actually took less time than my last few cuts at a barbershop. It also happened to be cheaper.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten! Things were going fine, my hair looked great until the manager came over to help. She chopped about two inches off of one side, then left the poor stylist to fix what she had done to the best of her abilities.

" he was so upset, he just walked out... I try my hardest not to write negative reviews because I like to give every place a fair chance. However, I'm very upset that I paid $10 for this woman to make my teenager feel so uncomfortable and upset. We went in for a tape-up (edge up) because he has braids, and I wanted him to look nice for school pictures. Before booking, I called and spoke with someone who assured me they could do it. I booked the service online for the next available person. I should've known something was off based on this barber demeanor. She seemed to not know what she was doing with his hairline. I don't think she had ever cut or shaped a Black man's hair before. Yes, there is a difference. She used a comb and clippers to trim his hair, pulling it with the comb and snipping whatever was at the top with the trimmers. Nowhere did I see her tape his hairline, which is what I requested. At the end, he was so upset that he walked out, not giving me a chance to really look at it. When I asked why he left so quickly, he said the barber (woman, 1st seat on the left) "didn't like me or didn't like the way my hair was. I felt like she didn't want to touch me or something." This is a teenager she made feel this way. The front of his hair looked exactly the same (see the photos); there was little to no change. I had to go to a real barbershop to get the tape-up , which this Sport Clips assured me they could do.

If you know the hairdresser, it's better not to cut your hair, they left a mess in my hair, in the end they cut it short and they don't listen to what the client wants. Horrible unprofessional experience

Always reliable haircuts from sports clips. Certainly book ahead of time and watch the App. Staff was professional, took their time, but still got to everyone quickly.

The staff was outstanding, and the young lady (Eryn), who cut my hair, did a wonderful job. I come every two to three weeks. Keep it up.

I have been living in South Carolina for 10 years, and I had never been here for a haircut, but I went a few days ago, with my children and my grandmother, the girls work very well, and very fast, they do an excellent job.

Lola is the best. She legitimately cares how your hair looks and whatever style you want she makes it look good. She is funny and outgoing. I would give 10 stars if I could. Give her a raise!

Took my son here for second cutt most definitely making this place our one and only spot for his haircut,,,, my son is bi- racial and have crazy hair,,,, Ms. Chari did amazing,,, it took her almost 45 minutes but he came out great , first haircut was from Ms Lola,,,, I'm just saying all these ladies are great and always greeting with smiles 😊, and me and my son will be back in this Friday
