When there is 5 people waiting you shouldn’t be allowed to go out back and smoke. I’ve been in service industry 15 years and I don’t take a break til my jobs done.

Edit to reply 1: I did NOT "cuss out" the manager at all, and have the screen shots to prove it. I asked my phone not be blown up over some survey I was getting calls from other stylists, as well as the group chat blowing up my phone. I never received any verbal, or written warnings for anything. Once I asked the manager to respect my time as much as she wants her time respected, it was an issue and I was "rude". But yall wouldn't know that since I never received a call back from any of the higher ups. And is a stylist stealing time and money is not against your company policy? Do not go to this salon if you're looking for a job. The manager Harli will fire you for no reason, if you're actually an employee who shows up and does their job. But if you're a stylist who steals money and time from the company, she'll turn a blind eye and you get to keep your job.

Liz is amazing! She has been cutting my son’s hair since he was 10 months old and he is now 4. She is so sweet and always does an amazing job! Everyone here is super friendly! We’ve been coming for years, and will keep coming back

*Lin* was an outstanding hair stylist/cutter. Not only is she very informative about her job, but she’s very easy to work with, and she’s a very understanding human being, she’s an intellectual, and also has common sense Unlike the employees at the Chapman Highway location( who are too incompetent to do beard trims) This employee deserves a raise or deserves to be with the management team! If she’s still in this location in the future, I will always be coming back to this location.

Everyone there was really nice, the one star isn't about that. I asked for a low fade, but recieved an extremely high high fade. I've never been there before, only really went because I had to get a haircut short notice for work. Messed my whole growing hair out look I was going for. I'd only recommend this place if you have a little boy and you don't care as long as his hair is cut. Can't believe I paid 30 dollars for one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had. Again the employees was nice, but maybe learn a few more hair cuts than just one.

I'd give less than a star if possible. It's Sunday at 1130. The doors are locked, no one is inside, no one is answering the phone. The website says open, the door says open at 11. I always use this sports clips since. They've never let me down, until today. I'll just have to travel a little bit further to a more reliable Sports Clips.

My Fiancé and son go there every month, mostly. They are always happy. My 11 yr old got a fo-hock. Loves his new haircut for school. He rocks that fo-hock every day!
