The ONLY reason I’m giving 1 Star is because Google won’t let me give negative stars. I Specifically told the lady what not to cut and she cut it exactly the opositor of how I said. A dog with an electric weed trimmer tied to his tail could’ve cut it better. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Cut it yourself without a mirror drunk and you’ll do better.

I usually go to Ashley. She's amazing. Today, she was busy but a guy named Patrick was free, so I said cool I'll try him. He had apple earpods in, didn't listen to me when he asked how I want my hair, and he destroyed my hair. I was kind and patient but he removed my part completely, faded one side far higher than the other. My hair on top is wildly uneven! It's actually very impressive how bad this haircut is. But my major issue is that he was supremely unpleasant. Mumbled, no eye contact, ear buds in, and barely an apology when I said this wasn't exactly what I was going for. I tried to explain how I'd like it next time, but he clearly did not care. So, there won't be a next time I guess. A "shrug shoulders" is what I got from him, when I patiently explained where we went wrong. This should have been a free haircut. I will be back in a few days to see if Ashley can patch me up a little bit somehow, but I'm a little miffed that I'm going to be paying for two back-to-back haircuts in a week at full price to try and correct a massacre. :( Terrible experience. It looks like this employee Patrick also has other bad reviews. I should have paid attention.

Packed store and the hair cutters would disappear for 30 min at time. Had a kid “on deck” for over an hour. Staff is rude and inconsiderate.

Tall black guy gave me the worst haircut of my entire life, and I've had thousands. Once I showed him I had a coupon for a free cut he had me in and out of there within 10 minutes. Immediately afterward I went home, and shaved my head completely bald because it was the only way I could fix this atrocity. Even if Sport Clips offered me a lifetime of free haircuts I'd never step foot back in that place after this horrible experience!

Not sure what I expected bc it's sports clips and I was just trying to get a quick trim. But somehow low fade turned into a high and tight. Like I am not in the navy I actually can have long hair dude.

Checked in thru the app waited an hour and as I am on deck for the next stylist available, a guy comes in 9 minutes late from his stated check in time from the app and Karen’s his way to the top of the line. I’m not waiting any longer if I am present and someone shows up late should said he needs to show up 10-15 mins prior so it says he is in store

Have 1 day out of the week to get a haircut and getting in here is impossible. The check in system is broken. This is the 3rd time i couldnt get in for a cut due to the check in system. Gotta love waiting 85 Mins just to go in and get told no we can't take you. 3RD TIME AND ITS THE LAST. Buying my own clippers and shaving my head.

I've been in the Hampton roads area for about 7 years now and had my haircut at many different places. I came here a few months ago and got a haircut from Katie. This was the best haircut I've ever had in this area. She was quick, and the fade was on point. The beard trim and fade were second to none. I highly recommended this place!

Online check in isn't good. Checking in online just to get to the location to have to sit for another 30 minutes because time management is an issue here. Plus $30 for average haircuts.

The Best Hair Cut and Experience I have ever had ,it's been a few days but my hair has never looked better. I truly enjoyed the hot towel and massage being a triple aneurysm survivor , it was awesome. I won't ever go anywhere else. It was well worth the money. To be honest this has to be the worst experience, I have ever had at sports clips, as the hair cut wasn’t done to its fullest. Then went to do the MVP the hot towel felt like a cold wet rag on my face with no Lavender smell. The washing of my hair felt like the lady was trying to scrape my hair off my scalp. Just a overall bad experience at my first time at this one and essentially on Veterans Day being a Marine 10-1/2 year Veteran.
