Luck of the draw. I received a great haircut from Kaitlyn a few months ago and went back today, but she was not in, so I used another employee. I will just say I did not get the same results. I'm not sure I will go back.

I just moved here from Phoenix and have always enjoyed my haircuts from Sport Clips there. My first time at Sport Clips in Florida and the service and haircut was just as perfect! Thank you to Lexa for the haircut and great service. I will definitely come back.

I went there almost 2 weeks ago The lady really messed up my hair so I've been running around for almost 2 weeks now like I got into a fight with a lawn mower I sent an email off to the company somebody contacted me and said somebody from the store would be in contact with me but that still hasn't happened so if you don't want to have your hair look like you've been in a fight with a lawn mower and have people ask you what the hell happened to your hair then I would suggest you not go there or pick and choose who cuts your hair and hopefully that you picked right

Have been to Sports Clips elsewhere many times. Typically time estimates pretty accurate. However not the case today. Showed up just after opening at 10:05. Signed in and had wait time estimated to be 72 minutes. Went out to car for about 50 minutes to wait. Came back in and found wait time still 38 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes more and then left. Just got word I’m up on deck after 100 minutes. What a waste of a morning.

I’m extremely weird about who can cut my hair. This location has all stars on deck to cut hair. Maddie offers customer service and a fresh, clean, and crisp hair cut every time. 10/10 I’ll keep coming back.

I recently tried to go to this place on multiple occasions. They didn't open up on time,like 2 hours late. Why even post hours of operation? Another time, I went in, and they had two workers. One work had to keep correcting the other co-worker. Their lobby tv has a blue tint as well. Their hair cuts were adequate at best, not worth the hassle.

Went in to get a haircut, I ended up with Kari from town center, first impression was horrible. She asked me if I was hungover because I was drinking a kombucha drink, asked for a high skin fade and I ended up with a high and tight, apparently she died not know how to do fades. After that she starts saying comments about doing “quick and easy cuts, in and out so she gets more tips “ to her colleague. Beyond disappointing experience. This stylist will bring down the brands name with this mindset.

Terrible service and favoritism. I made an online appointment for a regular haircut, and I showed up to the store 15 minutes prior to my estimated appointment time. There were two hair stylists working with other customers when I arrived, and there was only one other customer in the waiting area awaiting a haircut besides me. I patiently waited for my turn to get a haircut. The gentleman that was there before me was eventually seen by a stylist, but before he sat down for his haircut, the stylist deleted my name and kept the gentleman's name on the waitlist. I brought this to the attention of the employee. She corrected the issue and stated that the other stylist would be finished with her customer soon. As I continued to wait, another gentleman walked into the store. He was a walk-in and did not have an appointment scheduled but seemed to know the stylist who was finishing up with her current customer. When the stylist finished, she called the gentleman who came in after me and did not have an appointment to come with her to get his haircut. I immediately got up and told the employees to take my name off this list, and then I left the store. The employees of this store should honor pre-scheduled appointments no matter who walks in, even if it is a friend. This was my first time at this sport clips location. I will never return as I feel the service was terrible.

Total time here today was about 1hr and 40 minutes. Kept getting leapfrogged by other “next available” people. We must have been “on deck” for about 45m until our name finally disappeared and we received a text offering condolences for not making the appointment. The place wasn’t even busy and the robots working there just kept smiling at us the entire time. Maybe they just thought we were there to watch TV and not get a haircut? Yeah. That has to be it. We were checked in and confirmed upon arrival as soon as we got there. Then the actual haircut took almost an hour. I would have left but my wife insisted we stay. Wth kind of place is this?
