App is useless. Use to be good. Now every time I sign in online, get there and time way off. Have to then wait another 30 min when should be about 5 min. Will stop going here and go to other one.

I have been a customer of sports clips for a long time and I have come to except a certain level of professionalism. Today I came and got my hair cut and a beard trim like I normally would. Today I had the unpleasant experience with Malaky. He didn’t trim the edges around my ears or neck and felt like he almost cut my ear off twice with his scissors. Then to blend and trim my beard around my neck and my cheeks. Well he damn near cut my entire beard off to the point I just had to stop pay and leave so I didn’t embarrass him or myself. He has no need to be cutting hair or trimming beards it was very clear he’s either very inexperienced or just doesn’t care. Now after paying almost 50 to have my beard trimmed and hair cut. I have to pay someone else to try and fix it who can hopefully at least salvage the beard I’ve been growing for 15 years. I don’t think I will ever return. If you have a beard go somewhere else.
