I scheduled my appointment online, at 2:48pm. On their line up online it said that my wait time was 83 minutes and asked me to get there 5min early (so I needed to get there 4:06p according to their system) . I rushed to finish my errands and I got there 4:02p and was told that they were closed. I told them I checked in online, but they didn’t accept, even though my name was on their screen and their sign by the door said Open. Their system is really confusing, waisted my time driving there, got there on time and was turned away. Very disappointing. Ended up going to Great Clips down the road.

Last time I was here I gave this place a 4/5 stars because of the terrible blending job my eldest son received from Kristi. After retuning with another son, I will never return to this location. In the first pic I posted you’ll see what I asked for. The second pic is what my son’s hair looked like before the haircut by Kristi ( clearly you can see he had a full head of luscious hair) and the last pic is the result of my sons hair after Kristi cut it! 😔 There is no hair to style now.

I brought my 14 year old son in to Krista. She was very rude we just made it in time before closing. Well I made the appointment online and was here within the 26 minute time frame. Then she looks at his hair and says she can’t it. that it would like a bowl. Every teenage boy at school has this cut. Needless to say she got out in time as we left.

I came back after staying away for about a year because I got skipped twice in the so-called “lineup”. This was my third visit since coming back and it just happened again. I was 32 minutes in front of someone, I have photos of the board to prove it. Not worth it, I have deleted my account and will simply stay with the Fort Jackson PX barbershop where I have never seen them mess up the order of clients. This was the store location in the Killian area in Columbia, SC. Goodbye and good luck.

KC and Kristi are amazing! They always cut my hair perfectly. I used to go to Great Clips, and it was a hit or miss. I know I can always go here and get a great haircut.

House really screwed up my hard part, and didn't even have the courage to admit it. At the end of the day it's only hair, however it directly impacts first impressions. I recommend sending her back to hair school and reevaluate how you address mistakes because this experience was highly unprofessional.

Casie did an amazing job cutting my hair. I hadn't had a haircut since retiring from the Army four months ago. Casie did a wonderful job styling my hair. My wife was super pleased with my haircut. I will definitely go again for my next haircut. Fantastic experience.

Decent hair cut. It is cool that they have sporting events going on while you are waiting . We were able to get ESPN updates on all the college football games while we were there. The price of the haircuts there are somewhat high vs the quality of haircut that is received but I guess you are paying for the whole experience of getting a haircut at a sportsclips.

I just spent 26 dollars for them to cut my already halfway bald head down to near skin level. Lady asked me if I like it even lower but she would upcharge me 10 dollars. Are you serious. It's bad enough this 10 dollar haircut which takes 3 min now costs 26 dollars. You wanna charge me 10 dollars more because you use and electric shaver... WOW.

Told the stylist, whose name I wish I could remember, I wanted to do something a bit different from normal and she really set me up. I was out of town for son's basketball game visiting this locale and I will def go back for sure. She did an amazing job for sure.
