Worst haircut i have had in years lady cut my hair uneven and way to short and told me she has not had a chance to stop all day and hasn't eaten or drank anything like its my fault.. feel like she took her busy day out on my hair.. on top of that she was really pushy with my head and made the entire experience uncomfortable

I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she has pink in her red hair, did a great job on my hair! got it looking exactly how I like it today. I really recommend going to her if you see her in there!

First of all this was the worst experience in getting a haircut I've had since I was a kid it brought back a lot of bad memories growing up...and here's why. First of all this was the first time in this location the sign wasn't on so I didn't even know they were opened. I walked in and told who I would assume was the manager about it and she said that it was...but I came in from the outside and I know it wasn't. Second my stylist Natalya was super great she was friendly and we discussed what I wanted and she seemed to know what she was doing. I was comfortable until this same girl who wanted to argue about the open sign just sat next to me and watched Natalya cut my hair I became nervous not only because of that but I felt as if I was the first person being cut on by the barber...the manager steps in because she feels Natalya is doing something wrong and starts backing away at my hair I never discussed with her what I wanted only Natalya so now once this manager is done after all is said and done my hair is way shorter than I want it and I have to live with it until it grows out. The picture shows the sign IS NOT ON...

I brought my son here for a haircut. The two women working were pretty rude and the one who did the haircut didn’t listen to what we asked and cut his hair way too short and it’s uneven. My son told me when we left that she also snapped at him and wasn’t kind to him. We will never go here again.

I went in there and they cut my hair less than five minutes and charged me $$26 just for a haircut and then I had to come home and touch it up!

Terrible haircut from Alexis, she had a terrible attitude that said “I don’t want to be here” and barely listened to anything I asked. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she completely ignored it. The other stylists are usually great people but one bad apple ruins the bunch, 0/10.

This is so far the worst haircut experience in my 35 years life doing 2-3 hair cuts a month. I have no idea who my stylist was since it was no badge or receipt provided. I’m not a tender guy, but for the whole 10 minutes I felt like someone is just about to smack me from the behind and strangle me when doing neck trim) wow never in my life

I’ve used this branch a few times and haircuts are typically OK you can get better for less, however, I come here because the wait is usually very short. I signed into the store in person and waited in my car, when I came back in I was “on deck”. I assumed being 6’5 I was pretty memorable but apparently not because instead of even asking me if I signed in through the store or online, I was skipped making me wait another 30 min on top of the 40 I just waited. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Will not return to this branch.
