Their time clock estimates for service are never accurate. Almost always double the wait time. No other location in Knoxville is this bad on time estimates.

This place is a waste of time. I added my name to the online waitlist and it showed a 0 min wait with no one in front of me. This was 5 min before my arrival to the store. When I got to the store I had a 15 min wait time with 2 people in front of me which I understood, but when I checked in at the counter using my phone number, a duplicate line was created and bumped me down the waitlist and the original sign in record said my name had not arrived. This would have been a 1 hour wait nearly in order to get my hair cut for what was originally quoted as a 0 min wait. The online check in feature is obviously not honored at this location. TLDR, horrible technology unable to match up a record according to my phone number that caused my wait time to increase exponentially and I eventually left with no haircut.

bruh i dont even know how these treshes got they cuttin liscence . i was in there gettin my shi drop faded and shawt cut 5 inches off instead of 3 with the sissors bruh . not only that it is the most uneven cut i ever got . take that teeshas liscence !!!

We have come here for a few years now. Today, we checked in and waited our time. We got to the point where it said "1 min", then "on deck". We were the only ones waiting in the store when the time went from "on deck" to a 30 something wait because a stylist, per the overheard conversation, has to go to Bearden. I understand she may have been needed at a different store, but she then continued to have a conversation with another sylist, walked around in no rush, while we continued to wait. To find out later the person that left...was the manager. Customer Service could have been better. Our stylist was amazing. I did not get her name.

Absolutely the best place to get your haircut. Olga does a phenomenal job. I live in SC and I wait to get my haircut until I visit my gf's family in Knoxville just so I van get it cut here. Olga is the best hair stylist I've ever had!

I have exclusively gone to this sport clips for over a year ever since Olga fixed my haircut the first time I came and I have only even gone to Olga since. I was only available to get a haircut this week when she was off and didn't think anything of another stylist cutting my hair especially since I just get a skin fade but when I got Nicole, she left my fade uneven and even though there was no one in line behind me, she cut my hair like she was beating a timer and this caused her to nick and scratch my head up repeatedly.

I’ve gone to this Sports Clips a number of times, usually with Jennifer (who is amazing) but this last time I went she wasn’t working. I got paired with Maria. I started getting uncomfortable when she was openly making fun and commenting about another customer while that customer was still there. She’d talk kindly to the man and then turn around and mock him although I don’t think he could hear. Then I got incredibly uncomfortable when Olga and Maria began talking about a client who came in wanting her longer styled hair cut into layers. Olga had respectfully told her that she would be better served at a salon as it would take her a long time to do that kind of cut especially at this was a barber styled shop. Olga and Maria were joking how that was a client that would take an hour to do and would probably not tip. Olga then added “And she was Indian” and then Maria joked on how then she definitely wouldn’t be getting a tip and that they’d probably try bringing in coupons. Maria even did a fake Indian accent. I was appalled. Truly I sat shocked not sure what to say or do or react. I was even more dismayed when Maria said that “the blacks” (and literally pointed to her skin) would also be too cheap to tip. I froze in this situation, going through the rest of the haircut feeling awkward and uncomfortable and just wanting it to be over with. I will absolutely not be returning and I think Maria needs serious sensitivity training.

The good: Great stylists, cold air (or heat in winter), hot or cold towel during shampoo and reasonable prices. The bad: There can be long wait times since Hardin Valley is in a growth explosion. The ugly: The app for checking in is a nightmare! The amount of frustration and confusion far outweighs the convenience. The methodology is inexplicable and wait times can vary up to an hour from what the app tells you.

Salyna is awesome stylist and pays attention to detail while cutting my hair I never let anyone touch my beard but her because she will trim it exactly the way I like. Salyna wasn't there today but still had nice hair cut.

Absolutely horrible service. I checked in online with zero wait time. I showed up and watch them take two people ahead of me. I think they just didn’t want to cut the hair of my child. When I called them out on it they tried to tap dance and say others were ahead of me. I can read the sign and it says I was 1st in line. Will not return. Horrible service

Stylist said the haircut I wanted "would look weird" even though I insisted it was what I wanted. Ended up not coming close to what I wanted but it works. Cheap enough

What a find .. Olga was wonderful and the wash / face massage was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
