Me and my brother went to this, for me this was my first time and my last. I signed in first and had to show my brother how to sign in, he was called back before me so I informed them they got the manager involved. She did admit seeing us checking in then told me she would get me back next. 3-4 people went before me and my brother was now done. So when they called me I cancelled. My brother said haircut was just ok but felt his haircut was uneven. The only person to apologize was the lady who cut my brother’s hair. I’m not giving business to company that doesn’t follow through with their promises or act professionally.

Another great client experience...Marty H. was on base & made a triple 'Home-Run' while I was on home plate & in the chair. Marty was professional in asking are you wanting just haircut, trim, Triple Play, he engaged his client in conversation while being professional & ethical. He gave excellent ‘customer first’ attention to his client! I left well pleased with my haircut, shave, shampoo, along with left/right shoulder treatment! I highly recommend Marty for a cut, MVP, or Triple Play along with any of the other team players should Marty not be available. Also, the team players are very good at keeping this Sport Clips CLEAN: from sweeping after each client's cut, spraying down the chairs, keeping the 'Showers' shampoo area sanitized & clean to making sure the restroom is squeaky clean! PLAY BALL! It's Another "HOME-RUN"! Score: 100% & above!

Free upgrade to the MVP experience on your 1st visit. $28. A little pricey for our 13yo boy's hair cut, but they did a great job, and he loved being spoiled with a hot towel and massage before we went to a family wedding.

Forget going to this place. You have to reserve a time online. They tell you when to come in. Then they constantly push Your time back. 10, 20, 30 minutes....an hr. When you're finally ready they start taking breaks and tell you it will be another 30 minutes. Waited 2 hrs and never did get my hair cut. I had to leave to pick up my daughter. Disgraceful.

I have had more bad experiences at this location than I can count, I’m honestly confused as to why I keep going back and thinking, maybe this time it will be better, probably because it is so close and convenient to my house and haircuts at a barber shop can get outrageously expensive. They have never given me the haircut that I have asked for and I am left disappointed every time. They always cut way more off than I want and can’t even complete a simple trim up without ruining my original style/cut. Everything is always uneven and it seems that they put no effort or care into making their customers happy.

Great atmosphere. I went in looking like I had a curly mop on my head and they had me looking like a model. Well at least my hair style. No matter how much I wanted they wouldn't perform plastic surgery to make me look like Aquaman.

To me, getting a haircut is just another chore to have to do. However, when I visit this location and have Heather cut my hair it's more like visiting with family and quite enjoyable. All the other stylists have always been great as well. A little pricey but worth it.
