My barber, Caroline Evans, is the absolute best! I really enjoy treating myself to the MVP special and getting the hot towels after my hair trim. Caroline has also recommended several hair care products to me, which have all worked well. My friends and me appreciate the great hair cuts we receive at the Leesville Rd Sportsclips.

My first ever visit to a Sport Clips, and since I'm over 65, I planned on getting the "Senior Varsity" treatment. However, I learned that my first visit warranted the "MVP" treatment ... and that was impressive. I'll definitely be back.

I got there at 10:00am on a Monday and the door was locked and the lady said she couldn't open until someone else got there. According to her that would be about in 10 minutes. So I waited outside while I waited five more people showed up and they didn't open until 10:45 10:50 When she did open the door and let us in guess who got served last. You got it!!! So if your looking for a haircut at a location where the customer doesn't matter and they have the worst customer service ever this would definitely be the location for you.

Caroline was excellent. Her recommendation on a hard part was spot on. The cut came out better than expected. She listened to my request and even went above and beyond expectations with solid suggestions. She even listened when I described previous woes with other barbers/stylists and avoided making the same mistakes they did. Caroline is a 10-star stylist. Highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my 2 young boys here for about a year and have been really happy with the service and cuts! Love the app to check-in, really saves time! All of the stylists have been great, especially Caroline and Erika.

I have been a Sports Clip regular for quite some time now. First time really disappointed at the service and poor quality of the outcome. Even basic trimming of hair neck and post haircut blower was not done. The hairstylist was Zohreh and now I will have to wait for some hair growth for a recut. Will never go back 🙏🏼

I took my son here for a haircut. Checked in online on their website and didn't have to wait. We drove there around the time the website indicated. We were called within a few minutes. Inside, Gilda cut my son's hair. She was very friendly and knew her craft. She asked me exactly what I wanted and ensured the cut was what I wanted. There was plenty of parking outside and the place was clean. Very good experience here. I will definitely be bringing my son back to and will prefer to have Gilda do the cut.

I typically don’t go to any Sport Clips, but my experience today was amazing. Erica was very friendly, gave great service and was successful in getting my hair back into style.

Prior review was 4 stars the last time (1 star subtracted that time because stylist didn't really listen to teen customer, and ended up cutting his hair 1 inch too short, all over). That was about 6 weeks ago. We went to the same location, to give them another try. Didn't get to find out if they would do better, this time, because this location of Sports Clips was not open during the hours shown on the door and at at 3 different places online. I have no problem with stores that don't open on Sundays, or stores that aren't open every once in a while due to unpredictable events. If the Sunday closures are normal, please provide corrected information. If there is a 1-time issue, please at least leave a sign on your door, so customers don't waste time waiting for you to open a few minutes late. Thanks. BTW, we went to another Sports Clips location which WAS OPEN, that day, and they did a great job, so 5 stars there.

The service and detail, as well as the quality of the haircut, are always spot-on. I've never felt rushed regardless of the amount of customers in line. And they always ask if I need any product while I'm checking out... My only wish is that they would offer an option to have both the hot AND cold towel treatment outside of July! 😁

Extremely thrilled with my visit to the Leesburg Rd Sport Clips. In particular, Caroline did an outstanding job on my haircut. Easily the happiest I've been in chair in a number of months. My style is fairly complex. I have a couple of heavy cowlicks. It requires blending, texturing, scissor skill, and clipper work including a hard part. It also requires an eye that understands how to fit the style onto my head. Caroline saw notes from previous visits but was able to adapt various instructions and mix in her own touches for a truly stand out haircut. My spouse was absolutely thrilled when I got home. I was obviously impressed as well. I'll be repeating my visit and giving Caroline my business again. Furthermore, not only will I always get the MVP because that is what sets Sport Clips apart, but I also regularly purchase Tee Tree moisturizer as well from the studio.

I went to the Leesville Road location instead of my usual Brier Creek location because the wait at Brier Creek is always so long and I was trying to go on my lunch break. I checked in on the mobile app ahead of time and was seated immediately when I walked inside. Caroline was the lady that cut my hair and she was perfect. She knew right away I needed a nice trim and clean up as it had been months since my last haircut. She asked if I wanted the MVP experience (which I have gotten in the past), but I told her I could not since I was on my lunch break and didn't have the time. She listened to what I said and completed the haircut in less than 20 minutes. She cleaned up my sideburns and eyebrows as well. She made great, casual conversation and I will definitely be back to this location since it isn't that much farther to my house than the Brier Creek location. Definitely ask for Caroline if you are at the Leesville Road location!

I took my 5 year old son in for a cut this afternoon. The store wasn't busy and we were taken back shortly after arriving. I told the stylist I wanted his hair cleaned up but not too short. She immediately took the clippers to his head and cut so much length off. I was unhappy with the length but thought it will be fine, it will grow back. However once I got him home and got it washed I realized his hair is crooked. Like, his "bangs" are at a slant across his face. His hair looks terrible, I can't believe I paid nearly $30 for such a bad cut. I will not be returning to this location.

Irene is the best around. You can tell the difference when someone has a background in massage techniques. Her scalp massages are the best. She takes her time with the cut, and is great for the MVP.
