The girls cut my hair exactly how I like it with minimal instruction. The massage chair and shampoo are a nice addition to something that I used to see as a bother to get a haircut.

Well I think that they needed to be more attentive to the customers instead of each other, also another hurried haircut wasn't asked if I wanted a shampoo or hot towel or neck message still cost me 30$ okay haircut

Came in within an hour of closing for a haircut. Haircut was fine. Service was fine. Only gripe is that it was rang up as MVP, even thought I didn’t received any MVP services. I didn’t bring it up. I simply reduced the tip accordingly.

Disappointed in the quality of the haircut. It ended up looking like a bowl cut at the end. The fade was way too high and didn't blend in well. I have patches of hair left on the sides. I went to go purchase a hat to cover my head because I felt embarrassed. Perhaps I got cut by the inexperienced Barber in the shop but they should hire certified barbers with experience.

Every time I check in it’ll tell me my wait time. Magically that wait time just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The organization and management at this location is clearly lacking

Great place with friendly staff. They messed up my hard part pretty badly. Its super wide and not really straight. Wedding is in a month :( Good people that treat you right, just an unfortunate cut and really bad timing for it to happen. 😕

I travel for work and usually have to get my haircut at different places and usually Sports Clips 8s hit or miss. Lucky me this one was a bit. They did a great job. When I'm in the area and need a cut I will definitely be back.

This location is further than other location to my home but I go here because the people are better and they seem to be staffed.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. To put an appointment in 110 minutes beforehand with a particular stylist, check in 25 minutes before the original time and then get bumped by a walk-in (first available) by my stylist at my appointed time. Unacceptable. You have lost a regular customer.

“No appointment needed” = false advertisement… called ahead of time an no one picked up, so I drive over just to be told I need to have an appointment an they are all booked up. There was no one in the waiting area. This place is a joke.
