Easy online check-in, friendly conversation, comfy chairs, nice scalp massage during wash, sylists do fade’s well, and they can cut black men’s hair well (this isn’t common for chain companies).

Great customer service as usual. My barber was fun and talkative and told me where to go to lunch. It kinda sucked but... he was nice enough to answer when I asked. Plus, where else are you gonna get a haircut shampoo hot towel and massage for $27 (not including the tip) Pamper yourself, a little bit guys, and go!

Legitimate pains me to write this but Sport Clips has lost my business. After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes to never be acknowledged then removed from online check in after I checked in again at the store, I was infuriated. Walk ins were being ushered back while the staff just looked at me. Didn’t even get a greeting when I walked in. This used to be the best place to get a hair cut in Lynchburg but it’s gone so far down hill. Please retrain your employees on customer service; this store has lost my business!

Sport Clips is an excellent place to get a $20 mens haircut so it is not pricy❗️

Place sucks sit there a hour then van full of kids came in and they went first it's not right to take waiting customer and then push them to the back I have been going there 10 years but never again they where rude didn't tell me it would be a hour till I had been there 30 mins you lost my business over internet sign ins good luck great clips here I come

I Appreciate them being open on Sundays when most of the town is CLOSED, BUT not every1 is on the same SCHEDULE so for TRUCK DRIVERS wanting a snip is appreciated.

I had gel in my hair and was able to get a shampoo first which made the whole haircut a better experience. The hot towel was amazing. My haircut was very well done with great attention to detail.

My husband and son go here for regular cuts. They stay busy, so they check in on-line first to save time. Most of the time they do a good job but 2x the cuts were not well, they gave credits for the next cuts.

First time I went in here, all the tension and all the stress in me were suddenly.......gone......it felt like walking into heaven, the workers have given me one of the best haircuts ever and the shoulder massage and the hair washing placed me within a trance of true relaxation. One of the best haircut places ever made! Keep up the good work everyone!

If you don’t check in online, then don’t bother with this place. Just sat there for about an hour so because I was stupid enough to walk in and try to get a cut.. watched 8 people walk in and go before me+ the other gents who were also waiting and they still had 6 people checked in online. Left without even getting a cut.

Online check in is pointless. You will have a long wait no matter if you check in online or not. Said I had a three minute wait when I checked in. Got to the shop, 18 minute wait.

Staff is always really friendly and connects through conversation. They always listen to your thoughts on your hair and are able to turn that into a great haircut. Remember folks it’s just hair it’ll grow back.

Wait list is a TOTAL joke. Obnoxious sports people CONTINUOUSLY in a shouting contest. This will be my last trip to sports clips. TOO sports for me and extremely obnoxious tv!!!!

Why is there a big sign next to the door that says "NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED"? Got a coupon in the mail for a free hair cut. Got there at 4:15 and the young lady it will be about 10 minutes. I thought, that's not too bad. Took a seat and while waiting 2 other gentlemen came and signed in at the desk. After waiting 15 minutes one of the stylists checked out a customer and I thought OK, I'm next. No!!! she called one of the gentlemen that came in 15 minutes after I did. I thought OK I have got to be next. Well 30 minutes after I arrived the other gentleman was called to be next. That did it, I advised the young lady to take my name off of the waiting list and left. It looks like to me I will be going back to my old fashion "WHOS NEXT" barber shop.
