I am so grateful we found Jay at Sports Clips! He is consistently accurate and precise and keeps my boys looking fresh. This was the second time I took my son there. I told the hairdresser I wanted his hair zero on the sides with a fade and about half inch off the top. Half way through she comes to me and tells me there is an 8 surcharge for zero on the sides. Same haircut the first time different person. Never going back again.

We took our son and daughter here to get their haircut, they were very professional, quick, and pretty spot on with the reference photos we showed them.

Great friendly service. Did the mvp experience which includes scalp massage neck massage and hot towel. She did a great job and was nice and friendly.

I go out of my way to go to this location because every time I've gone to this location they know how I want my hair cut. Usually, when I get my hair cut I don't like talking but the last couple of times I've had some awesome conversations with T'Shawn (I think that's how she spelled it, sorry if I spelled it wrong), and for me not being a people person she's put me at ease when talking to people. It's like a natural connection, she's very intelligent and holds and carries the great conversation. I dunno there are people in life that you come across that are just cool. She's one of 'em. Thank you. I'll keep going to this location as long as I live in Tucson.

Long time customer here and just had it with the "online check in" and the allowed line cutting in person when you get to the store. As a fulltime employee I use that to get in an out when the line is short so i can get back to making money as quickly as possible. the new check in that shows you will be there the minute you pick check in is nonsense. shame on you sport clips. then upon arriving at the store and a 2nd person comes in behind you and is allowed to checkin before you when it is all witnessed by the employee? Forget it, never again at this location or any other. You're the worst, PERIOD

My son and I just went for the first time and it was outstanding! Shauna was absolutely fantastic and my son (5) said Amber was very nice. We will be going back!
