Turned me away before close, needed a quick haircut, i dont even ask for all yhe extras. Im usually out in less than 10 min once seated in the chair. They had zero customers and they were inside walking around until i hit the door and everyone hid, except one girl who told me to leave they were done for.the day before closing time. Really looks bad since Im a family of 5 with 3 that gets their haircuts done at sportsclips on a regular... maybe not anymore, since customers do not come first at this place. I see this as a shame because of a few lazy employees the good reviews here will begin to fall

Honestly one of the worst haircuts I have ever received.. The reference photo I showed was glanced at, not asked any questions and by the time we finished I left with 1/4th the amount of hair I wanted and uneven to top it off. I will never be returning to this location. Do not go here if you want anything except a basic haircut. Jaime, do better.

I’ve been coming here for like 2-3 years and I’ve had a good experience every time. I get haircuts from all of the staff members and they’re all very friendly. Kayla especially does a good job doing my hair, always get what I want out of there. Definitely will be back

Went to (2) different Sport Clips on McKnight Rd. Both had 5-6 people in line/ waiting in chairs. I can't wait 1 hr. For a 15-minute haircut. This service is unacceptable - you should staff better as a national chain. ** Side note this is a random Tuesday at 3-3:30 pm. Got out of work early to wait around for 1 + hours to get a haircut.... come on Sport Clips. You're not charging the Great Clip rates - bump up the staff and service you provide to your customers, or we're not coming back. People are outside: insane!!!

Great spot. I've had haircuts from Julie, Kayla and Destiny. All the stylists gave a great cut and a nice experience with the shampoo, warm towel and shoulder massage.

Checked in on the app from the parking lot. 0 minutes wait time. Walked in the store and signed in. 17 minute wait time. Waited my turn. A customer finished up, was checked out, and left. The stylist left the register and started talking to the manager about scissors. The next customer finished, checked out, and left. The second stylist went back and joined the scissor conversation. A 3 way scissor conversation while I sat there waiting for a hair cut. I got up and left. This location has went downhill recently. I am always on time. I tip very well and as a result I'm rushed through a haircut or today..... ignored. I get a buzz cut. With tip, I always leave $40.00. Done with Sport Clips. I can cut my own hair. Did it during the pandemic and saved $80.00 a month.

FYI: If you plan on coming to this Sport Clips, you must be extremely patient. It takes at least 40 minutes to get a haircut at this poorly understaffed salon with only five available barbers. I've waited 41 to be exact. However, I'm giving this place four stars because my barber (Julie) was very nice. She did an excellent job on my hair and my MVP. She also started a nice conversation about Easter with me. I'll come back here and request her if she's at work the next time.

First time back (probably in well over 10 years) and had Alyssa. Great stylist! Knew exactly how to do the style I wanted and took time, thought and care into my cut. Blended, re-blended, went over a few times to ensure it was done to her liking not only mine. She informed me about some great products that I will be buying in the near future. I will go back to Alyssa-she is my stylist now!

I just left I was the only one in waiting room my sign up didn't work but the girl knew I was only one there another walk in came in she knew I was first but because I'm computer illiterate she told me I would be behind him I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional.

I like the online check-in, it's typically accurate enough to let you schedule other activities around your hair cut. I take my son here, he's a sucker for most things sports related.

I went there for a haircut early in the morning thinking they would be fresh. Unfortunately, seemed like the person was not listening and messed it all up. I know not to expect much from these kind of hair salons but no reason to pay 23 for a haircut instead of 15 at other salons in the same category.

I have been following the same stylist for +10years throughout different stores, therefore my only loyalty is to her and not her employer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. My issue has nothing to do with my stylist or my haircuts but rather is geared towards the company and its operating methods. The online check in is obsolete. I have been the first one to “check-in” for an appointment with my preferred stylist. I show up 5-10min before every recommended time. I find that I usually wait an additional 15-30min regardless of when I check in. What’s the point of checking in online when walk-ins step right in front of you and make you wait even longer? It is more than likely related to increasing volume for profits but then just get rid of the app if I can’t reserve a time with a preferred stylist. If profit is the name of the game, then make it all walk ins. The sole reason I return is because I won’t go to any other stylist. It’s getting to the point where I’d rather pay her x5 amount to do it outside of business hours because of the excessively long and consistent wait times. I haven’t had an experience like this at any other commercial or private hair place. My hair cuts take 15 min but I usually wait 2-3 times as long just to get in a chair. Corporate isn’t setting the great employees of this location up to succeed, if anything they are hurting the stylists business and relationships with their loyal customers. No one is loyal to a corporation we are loyal to those who provide exceptional service. Get better Sports clips

Just left the store totally disappointed for how the employees are being so rude and unprofessional, they don’t even listen how you want the cut they just do the way they have been trained basic cuts, and the other employee will come and blame you for being rude, the dark skin employee who is the rudest told me you don’t owe anything which means they ruined your hair then they will compensate

Skye must have been brand new couldn’t even use clippers. Why would you have some one that can’t even use clippers cutting mens hair?
