Horrible experience. First time getting a haircut by a female and having such a bad experience. The girl couldn’t even hold the scissor properly in her hand. Every single place she tried 3 times to hold my hair between the fingers and failed. She came up with the trimmer and I told her to keep it away and use the scissor. It’s common sense that your top and side hair cannot be of same length. What training are you giving them? I need a refund of $28 immediately.

This location does not honor on-line check ins. I'm sorry, that you Emily have tons of customers but when I am waiting on the next available and you state, "I'm exhausted after cutting that guys hair", then take an extended break so you can avoid me, make me wait, so you can get your regulars. We'll, that is unacceptable as you are a manager, or so you portray yourself as one. I checked in over an hour before arrival, arrived on time, and still waited for the only other stylist to cut another customers hair while Emily took a lengthy break so she could wait for her "regulars". We'll I top too and well!

If I could put no stars I would, I went in to get my undercut faded at a 2/3 mm and “lined up”. Mind you, I normally, don’t have any bald spots😅 my birthday is this week and I usually do my own hair for this reason exactly . Disappointed Lili has a license.

I've taken my son here many times to get his hair cut. Usually they always do a wonderful job. Sometimes it just depends on who you get but there's one girl who has been working here for awhile that does a wonderful job every time! I can't remember her name though.

I stopped in for a quick cut and a guy named Cliff offered me a cut while I was waiting for another lady to get down. I had never got a cut from him, so I said sure. Hands down best cut I have ever had. He took his time, looked at the picture I showed him and made the adjustments I asked for. I looked exactly how I wanted when I left (not close to it, exactly how I imagined)! Cuts are reasonable in price and they have that guy Cliff!!!!! Go to Sports Clips

Emily has been cutting my hair for several years. She is always welcoming and upbeat with her clients! She really cares--she is a perfectionist who always tries to give the perfect cut--and she does!

I don’t know if this place hires people that can just hold clippers in their hands or if they actually went to school. Got a hair cut from the only male there and it was terrible and the request was for a fade which is simple to cut. Maybe they just don’t have a lot of experience but they need to get more before working on people’s hair.

Worst haircut ever. It took o er 3 hours to actually get in a chair and then the barber either was really bad or just did not give a care. He caught an attitude when I requested he take a bit more off the top and this is what we ended up with. And this took over 30 minutes to do. My son and I will never be going back here. Credit where credit is due, the manager was also there, she addressed me once I was going to check out and comped the haircut and apologized without me addressing it. She tried to do right but it’s not worth the time or energy to deal with this nonsense.

Amazing place to get your haircut. All barbers are polite and professional. They're all great at cutting hair, and they will keep things interesting communicating with you throughout your time there. I highly recommend Bre. 👌🏽 She will not disappoint. She will make sure you leave with the haircut that you deserve. She is a true master/ perfectionist.

I actually went to the Harbison location and it was great. Lisa cut my hair and I would highly recommend her. She takes her time and makes sure you get a great haircut.
