Went in to get a scissors cut and just clean everything up and you would have thought I had the lady go blindfolded while cutting my hair, uneven in the front, 2 big pieces of hair on each side of my head, and this isn’t the first time I’ve been messed up at sports clips, if your thinking about getting a cut here just spend the extra money and go to a barber. Barbers actually know what there doing and have experience, seems like the people here where brought in off the street

First of all, amazing place to get a haircut however today not so much. I will explain, there were several gentlemen ahead of me which is understandable since this establishment stated first in first up. My name appears on the board stating next on board, the young woman whom was reviewing this information, all my name Mel then recanted and said I said Stan. Wow instead of saying she made a mistake or got the information wrong or something like that. Bad customer service. This happen today lat morning Thank you, Mel

Raj is awesome! I’ve been in customer service for over 20 yrs with Chick-fil-A and she is a phenomenal ambassador of your company. I wish I could clone her and hire her for my business. She should train other people in how to engage with guests.

I can’t believe what they did to my face and hair. I was so embarrassed by how they made me look that I had to go straight home and try and fix it in the mirror myself. I wish I remembered the person’s name but it was a black lady with a bleached buzz cut with a heart shaved on the back of her head. I will never go back ever! If you go after reading some of these reviews you deserve what happens. That was the worst money I’ve ever spent.

Just moved to Newnan and have been loyal to sport clips throughout all my travels and moves. Out of all the sport clips I have been to, by far my best experience was with Monica in Newnan. I have been to sport clips in CA, OH, NC, MN, IA, TX, and now GA. I am happy I have found my location and will be coming back to Monica again and again!

Chella was awesome! Attentive, patient while I explained what I was looking for in a haircut, and very thorough. Even introduced me to their beard oil (need to get some of that -- really likes it). Definitely recommend Chella!

Did the online queue and it showed a 14 minute wait drove there in 8 minutes checked in and had a 2-hour wait false advertisement to get you into the store.

This is the last time I go to Sport Clips. I don't know where your people get training but maybe they need to get retrained. I asked for a high fade. I am about 1-2" from an actual Mohawk. This isn't even a high and tight. Let alone any type of "fade" it goes from really short to the regular length on top. Willie Nelson never got as high as this haircut

Literally not reason why you shouldn't be able to check in over the phone if you won't let you check in online. She said the wait was over an hour but they don't close for another 2 hours. She said I can come in and check in but not over the phone? Why? We ended up going to Supercuts. Much better online check in system and we love the cut!

Poor poor client service and care. On almost every recent occasion to get a haircut, I have made an appointment online, showed up at my specific time or earlier only to find out whatever walk-in was there still gets priority and pushed my wait time to over an hour. What’s the point?
