Pretty bad experience. I went in to get a haircut and the girl was openly disappointed to have a customer, the other girl and the guy just had an overall lack of desire work. Infact what they did talk about as I sat down to wait for an opening in an empty shop was that they wanted to get an ice-cream before the guy got off at 3. Once in the chair she was very rough with the already dull clippers that with every quick pass would yank a hair or two while she half heartedly rushed through my haircut barely being inconvenienced to look at my head while she did it. At the end just kinda passing me the mirror asking "what you think?". Well I kept my response short and politely rang up where she used what little politeness to maybe get a tip. Won't be returning, I don't recommend you do.

Nattalie did an amazing job! Very nice and took her time which I appreciated especially since my son is autistic. We will be back & my son had an enjoyable hair cut experience.

Ashley is an excellent Hair stylist. Coming from a Sport Clips competitor Ashley showed her exceptional attention to detail. Choosing her to be the only stylist to take care of my hair cutting needs was the best decision. Thanks for the exceptional work you do Ashley.

I came in to get a hair cut. It looked like they only cut men's hair. So i asked if they did female hair cuts and they said yes. Then i showed them a picture of what i wanted and they said they could do it. I got my hair washed and cut. The lady who cut my hair did not blow dry my hair for me to see what it would look like dry. She cut one side of my hair super short and the other side left at least a 2 inches longer. My hair did not end up like the photo. I went back to get it fixed and it was still uneven, so she fixed it for a 3rd time and my hair is now so botched and uneven, I have to go to another place to get it fixed. If you are a woman, don't go here they don't know how to cut females hair.

Marisol did not pay attention to the customers request and shaved his hair off without permission. The customer wanted a trim and she went down the middle of his head with a blade. When he asked her what he was doing she said she was going by the ticket and then realized she was not. He will never return there again!

Rachel was so understanding and patient with our grandson. She explained everything before she did it and eased his fear of getting a hair cut. She’s amazing at helping little ones who are scared of haircuts

I usually go to the fountains location and get a great cut everytime as the cut I always get is in there notes. Came to this location because it was nearby with no wait time. The cut itself was okay, still some parts that even after readressing were still not taken care of. I asked for a skin fade and was asked if I wanted to use a "super shaver" for an extra charge. I said sure, im thinking it will damn near be a razor for an extra charge. 8 dollars extra for a basic trimmer that does not achieve a skin cut. That much of an upcharge should be stated upfront and made known. Never have I been charged that at any other location. Thievery.

A stylist,who was not cutting my sons hair rudely addressed my son for standing and waiting with me, while his brother was getting his haircut ,while cutting another persons hair. I was standing right beside him and she choose to reprimand him rather than addressing me first. Not to mention there was nothing to address. From the second I walked into the place I did not appreciate the snooty nature nor the lack of acknowledgement when we walked in.

Great service and the barbers are not rude get in and out quick service was awsome. They did not have issues with my daughters being around.

If I can give no star or zero I would! They messed up my 4year old boy hair, they left it uneven and bald spot. We did not noticed it until we took him to shower and dry his hair!!!!!! I would not recommend it to no one anymore!

Visited here for the first time and was very pleased with the experience. I went on a weekday morning and got seated immediately. The stylist asked how I wanted my hair cut and went on to offer the VIP service, without any pressure, and I accepted. The complete experience was great. I would recommend it to anyone.

out of the experiences I’ve had these two stylist Kayla and Rachel had made my time worth stopping in. They made more then just stopping in for a haircut the conversation was livelily and the jokes were hilarious. thank you!!
