I've been at this location a couple of times now and the cuts and stylists are fine. What I hate is the queuing system. A person can book an online appointment hours in advance, show up late, and when they get there, they get bumped to the head of the line in front of all walk ins. As a walk in myself this drives me crazy. The other thing is that the staff takes breaks without regard to how many customers are waiting. I won't be going back. There are too many other options in the area.

Just had easily the worst hair cut experience I've ever had by Amy. First off she laughed at me when I showed her my phone to show her what hair cut I wanted, she didn't ask me when she finished if I liked the hair cut or was ok with it, and then she pulled the blouse of me for me to get up with hair all over my head face and arm still. I knew I should not have sat in that chair. I will not be back to this location. Usually I enjoy going to sports clips no matter where because it's usually a good experience and I typically tip generously but I did not feel I got the service I should have today.

I just had my hair cut by Cary and she did a phenomenal job. A lot of the time people don’t believe guys care about a haircut but I search for an awesome stylist and she is it! She has done my hair 3 times now and she has my business for sure. Thank you for the great cut! I really appreciate it!

Terrible. Website to checkin didn't work. Waited for 40 minutes watching stylists wander around doing nothing or "helping" eachother cut one person's hair. Another customer walked in and went right in front of me. Don't waste your time and I question the quality if they have to help eachother.

We hardly waited to get a hair cut and the girl that did my sons hair was very nice. She did a good job on his hair

They were open for 30 more minutes and said they were full and couldn’t take my son in even though they had people standing around doing nothing! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Been getting my hair cut by Camille and she's fantastic! Really friendly and knows what she's doing. Best stylist I've had.

Came in with my two year old son who’s hair i messed up big time. Amanda and another girl (sorry i don’t remember her name) got my sons hair all fixed up and by the end he was smiling. Amanda cut three generations now of my family and i couldn’t be more happy to have her as my sons stylist as well!!!

I thought the customer service was not good the young lady there that worked in the front attitude was not good , I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there of African American status they couldn't do anything for the hair, no brush, no blowing drying or anything don't recommend

Signed in when I got to the location and set there 30 minutes and got bumped back because someone signed in online. And was told I would have to wait because they signed in from home .very bad business.

What can I say, 5 stars all the way. Keisha was AMAZING. I asked for an old man scissors cut and BAM! I got exactly 💯 what I wanted. I let my hair go and only get a cut a few times a year, so it wasn't an easy job. Thank you, Keasha and the staff that got me in with little to no wait and had me back on vacation looking good. Highly recommend.

Been here multiple times. Bre did my cut last time and it was great. The time before that was Amy and that was the worst hair cut iv ever had. It was nothing like what I asked for.

Now that the stylist that was doing my hair left this place (Tina) I fully realize how bad this staff is. I tried someone else a couple times she was off when i got there before. Not great. Decided to risk it one more time trying someone else now that she was gone, instead of going elsewhere, big mistake. Wanted just a 'little f the top', but after the first pass with the trimmer, t'was too late. Had to just go thru with it. Did leave a tip, but also had to post this review. You can't be in a rush and also charge $25. Also, blow the hairs off with the blow dryer for more than 3 seconds.

This was mine and my son’s first time coming to a sport clips. Staff was awesome and friendly. However, one did not listen properly to the style my son wanted and cut his hair shorter than he wanted. While as a father, I appreciated her ignoring his preference and cutting it shorter, my son was not amused and I had to hear about for the next couple of days. Just pay attention to the customer request would be my only suggestion in the future.

Very nice place. Great haircut, and complimentary upgrade to the VIP since it was my first visit.
