I love that my son can choose his stylist. He knows who can be rough, too quiet, too talkative off topic, and who he gets the best cut and experience from. He thought we were keeping secrets from him when he discovered the mvp! The mvp gets him in the door and Kristen at the Durango location keeps him coming back! The lineup is convenient as well so we always know our wait without having to be in the building. Our location has many eateries and shops around too.

Loved the professional stylist. First time there we had Belle, she was amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the cut, and the place was super clean. We had a very long wait of over 2 hours, but we checked in online so we waited at home which was nice. Stylist that actually know how to cut hair. Yes yes yes !

They messed up my friends hair so bad I had to send a rating because she’s too nice not too. She came in and got the highest tier of service (the MVP), and they made it so uneven the back is the shape of a Nike swoosh. On top of that, they left her hair WET and it was cold outside.

Checked in @1312 with a 40 minute wait time, left @1445. Stylist was done around 1430, then left the floor for 15 minutes. Not sure why, but this place has really gone down from where it was a few years ago.

They botched my husband's hair and beard. Olivia left him with patches and tried to tell him that she trims her boyfriends beard all the time and she left my husband's beard uneven with long strands by the neck. He had to ask her to stop because she did complete opposite of what he asked her to do. Ridiculous to have to pay for crappy service and he's never going back and I'm never allowing my son to go here again either. For you men, do not go to a woman to do a barbers job. Women should not cut beards. He had to spend extra money to go to a barber to fix her mess. Beware going here

Jevon did a great job! He's also very friendly. The lady he was working with (I think her name started with an A) was also very nice. It seemed like they made a really good team, getting everybody's hair done quickly while still doing a great job.

Olivia was top notch. She was extremely detail orientated, ensuring all the stray long hairs were trimmed and all the lines were perfect. Normally I am used to getting a quick cut from sports clips where the barber would run the clippers quickly over my head and it would be an ok hair cut. There would be lots of individual hairs that would be slightly longer than the rest and I would have to go and trim them up after the fact on my own. Not Olivia, she made sure I had a perfect haircut before I left. I could tell she really cares and is good at what she does. 10/10 would recommend Olivia.

Great service, staff, and haircut, but I asked for half an inch off, and they took off 7 inches. Bring a ruler because apparently they don't know what half an inch is.

It’s decent, I find it crazy at the tips they suggest. 22$ trim for a 3 year old in 15 minutes and it’s saying 40%-75% tip is suggested. I thought it was a joke? It’s kind of a slap in the face because I’m actually a decent tipper but when I see that it makes me want to leave less of a tip.

DO NOT GO HERE! These people don't care about you or your hair, they just want your money. My hair has never grown back the same after a haircut I got a while back and all the manager had to say was "you're lying, that's tough and there is nothing they can do about it and no way for you to prove it." Like I'm not asking for money or anything like that, just why do yall allow people who can't cut hair properly to work here? If you value your hair, then don't go here and find someone who is a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL and not some self-proclaimed one. Again, never had an issue with my hair until I went here.
