My haircut was great as always. But when you go to a place that advertises Sports on the TV's and then you get told that a majority of the staff voted on Christmas movies for the day...it was very disappointing. Everywhere we go in December christmas is shoved down our throats, and just when I thought i could get my haircut and catch some scores...i walk into SantaClips. Love the staff but was disappointed this time around.

I was dancing on stage last night and after my very intense performance I was complimented by multiple people saying my sexy new hair cut looked good. My wife had to step in because she could feel the intensity build. I said thanks and referred them to go see hope and Brittany at greyhawk location! Professionals and give the best hair massages!!!! Keep performing at a professional level! Thanks

I've given up on other places like Great Clips and have become a fan of sports clips. They hire quality stylists and not only have a great atmosphere that most men will enjoy but give a great cut. If you need more such as a hot total or a wash they also do a wonderful job with a relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

On 6-28-2024 I went about 1:30 they were moderately busy as a stylist finish she went to the back. 2 others finished at the same time then they went to the back. A fourth stylist finished then emptied trash and went to the back. That left 2 stylist on the floor with 3 people waiting. I did not get my hair cut. Poor service

Don’t go to sports clips! I’ve heard Employees talk about each other in front of customers on several occasions , they don’t do a good job, and they charge extra fees! This is the second time in a row I’ve gotten my haircut and had to have someone else fix the back and sides because it wasn’t blended in correctly. Then today I was charged an additional $6 for a shaver that literally took 30 seconds! Justify that please?! Where is that listed on the prices posted? I was told the new charge was made effective in April but I’ve never been charged this upgrade before and I get my haircut every week or two at the same location. You’d think they would want to cut my hair shorter so I keep coming back more often for a haircut. And it’s very unprofessional to hear the stylists badmouth customers in front of others regarding how much they are tipped (this happens routinely) or complaining about other staff. Why do we have to hear about who’s in the back taking a break, not washing towels, or attending customers?. I’m done with this establishment and feel that it is very unprofessional.

I was disappointed with my experience today. My three sons (7, 5, and almost 2) and I all went in for a haircut this afternoon. It was my youngest son’s first “professional” haircut and the rest of us have been going here for several years. The staff is great and typically friendly. My bad review is really driven by the poor experience we had with the store manager. She was first rude to my 5 year old about moving too much during his haircut with her. He is 5 - What do you expect? She was then rude to me about us not staying in order of names we checked in and complained about, “messing up her times”. We wanted our youngest to go first but the system automatically checked me in. We were just trying to make it work for our family. We spent $120 on those haircuts and all I really expected was friendliness, understanding, and maybe a little help to make the process go as smooth as possible. Do better.

Got my hairs cut yesterday here by Keeta. She did a fantastic job, probably the best I've ever had!! She was very attentive to detail, and she has a great personality!! Give that girl a raise, she deserves it!!

I usually go here because it was close to me. I'm a guy so haircuts are quick and pretty simple for the most part. I can't say how they are with women's hair. For a man if you are looking for a fade or basic haircut this is great plus the vip package is a kind of nice add on if you want to relax a bit more.

Stylist did not listen to what I wanted, I was unhappy with the cut. The "massage chair" was mostly noise with a little vibration. Overpriced, underwhelming "experience."

The wait time bumped me from 8 min to 35min. Last couple visits the stylists seem to rush it and didn’t do a very good job.

didn’t get my neck and left a huge chunk of hair 3 inches longer than the rest on the back of my head making me look like a total moron. picture attached is how much i had to cut off myself save the haircut. never returning again.

stylist did a terrible job she cut the sides way to short and the top way to short which is the opposite of what i told her. she didn’t listen to anything i told her to do with my hair.
