Thank you Morgan for great service this weekend when I took my grandkids to get a cut. They were a little scared to go in as they are 3 & 5 years old and have never been to Sports Clip. However the customer service you provided went above and beyond what was expected. You made them feel comfortable and put them at ease when they were feeling apprehensive. You ROCK Morgan and we will defintely be back to see you. Good job Sports Clips in having a great employee.

UPDATE: Thanks to a swift response from the owner of the Sports Clips locations I know the situation I experienced is being handled and will not continue at this location or carry over to other locations in the Fresno area. Thank you. Previous 2 star Comment: First negative experience in 10+ years getting my hair cut at Sports Clips locations around Fresno. I will not be returning to this location. For my last hair cut I arrived shortly after the store was opening. The door was locked after a short period of time someone came and let me in letting me know they were running a little late. This is not a problem and I totally understand. However, I sat waiting for an additional 10 minutes, without anyone else in the store, while the person who let me in (who I later found out is the manager, Morgan) and the other stylist talked with each other about their family gossip. Once seated my stylist, Barbara, actually did a great job styling my hair like I am used to at Sports Clips. However the entire time Morgan continued to share gossip about her family, work trips, and other things all the while using profanity. This type of conversation continued though my cut while Morgan began another person's cut and while other costumers began to come in and wait, including some parents with their children. Just not professional, especially from the store manager. During the my cut both stylist also had timers going now to ensure they were doing their hair cuts faster. Morgan bragging about how fast she can now do them. I am fine with fast but quality should be important. The MVP experience has already been shortened and the prices raised. Please at least give us the time we pay for. In addition to this unprofessionalism, new signage in the store states they charge $10 more for skin fades and designs in your hair. When Morgan was cashing me out she asked what guard they used for me and I get a 1/2 guard. She stated that is a skin fade and charged an additional $10 this time. I go to a Sports Clips every 4 weeks for over 10 years and have never been charged this extra for and simple fade hair cut. She said if I got a 1 it would not be extra. 4 weeks ago, with the same signage, this was not the case. She stated well they should have charged you. My total with MVP and the extra charge was $46. Normally that $10 would have been part of the tip. I have loved Sports Clips and have always recommended it. Even as they have shortened the MVP experience and raised the prices, I have always received a good hair cut and professional kind service. I will make sure not to return to this particular Sports Clips. Hopefully the negative comments about the owner forcing them to work faster and charge more for everything does not effect the experiences I have at the other stores owned by this same individual. Definitely worth driving to Friant and Fort Washington or Brawley and Herndon which is why they are always booked out super early. So get on the app and "Get in Line" early.

I hate writing reviews. So I’ll let the pictures do the talking… Also, I might add that this isn’t a one time occurrence. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. In case you’re thinking, “why would I go back to them for haircuts “ well, let me explain. Every time I find a girl that does a good job on my hair they move her to a different location. All the time, it never fails. I would stay away from this location and try supercuts, at least supercuts will right their wrong.

Terrible! The first girl that helped me did a good job, even if she took long. But she called in her other coworker to help fix my cowlick because it was causing her some trouble trying to fade it. That girl was pushing the chippers so hard into my head it hurt. Then she went to cut the top, by this time I've been in the chair awhile and that girl was trying to get me out of it. And before when she was trimming I told her that it looked short and that I normally don't get it in that direction, but she swooped it to that other side and starting cutting again. She cut about an inch and a half without asking be how long I wanted it! When I noticed how short she cut it, she already did half of my head, and I told her that it was really short and I've never had it that short before even when I came in for a previous cut. And I had a annoyed face and all she said was "it'll grow back" like what! That's it! No "sorry that's my bad for not asking how short you wanted it" like what! Never going back to that location!

I have been going to Morgan for over a year now and every experience has been great. She is very professional and knows exactly how to cut my hair to the way I like it. She has great input on suggestions that she thinks would look good with my hair type and style. Overall an amazing person and even better hair stylist.

Well hello everyone, I went to donate blood at the blood bank on herndon and upon registering they give me some great coupons one of which was Sportsclips..I gave the coupon to my son he went and loved this place they washed his her, massaged his neck, cut his hair he came home with the best haircut I've ever seem him with..so ya I'll give em the best rating.

Great overall service. Friendly staff that made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. I'm really glad I took a chance at some place new for my haircut. The complimentary MVP service for 1st time customers impressed me enough to make Sports Clips my new place to get a haircut. I mean, what other hair salon offers a wash and rinse with a head massage, back & neck massage, steam towel for the face AND get to sit in a massaging chair? Why would you go anywhere else?! I'm definitely returning! Thank you for the awesome service and love how my haircut turned out. 👍

Went to get my hair cut for the first time and was blown away by my stylist Blanca! She was very patient with me and made sure that we were both on the same page with what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to see her again!
