Very friendly employees, but the scheduling process absolutely sucks, you’re given a time to show up and you could still be possibly waiting for more than an hour. They should go to the Supercuts way of scheduling, much more logical system.

I was at T-mobile next door and saw the barber shop by chance, walked in and got taken care of immediately. Cassie did my haircut and it was like she read my mind, exactly like I wanted it. Also, I had a blast with her, she is very nice and sociable. It's going to be my go to place from now on. Could not reccomend more!

Wanted to try this place out it says no appointment necessary on the door I walk in. She asked if I put in online I said no she said it would be an hour and there was only one person sitting there.

I followed Alyssa over from the Five Forks store - she is fantastic! She knows what she is doing and values making her clients feel good about their haircut and is so pleasant to interact with. She is a huge addition to the team!

Showed up 9:40 AM Starla and Sara was the stylist Starla wasn't cutting hair Sara greeted me she was rude about signing in on line and I would have to wait over an hour. I said ok and got seated. Sara was cutting her first customer then Starla showed up and got the next online customer. Sara finished her first customer then left Starla by herself. Poorly run facility management should really pay attention to this it could be a problem. I asked Starla why her coworker left her alone and why she had left Sara alone she responded that they both was new moms and needed breaks. While I empathize thats no way to run a business. There should be a relief person. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.....

Arrived and was greeted by employees who told me to check in, there would be little to no wait sinc I was the only person waiting. I requested the same person to cut my hair who cut it last. My wait time was listed on the board was less than 30 minutes. When the person I selected finished with the customer before me another individual was called back. I asked why and was told he signed up online. My wait time, after waiting 30 minutes, went from less than 30 minutes to over 1 hour. Customers need to know make an appointment online. If you walk in, you will be worked in but you are consider last on the list. Totally unacceptable!

I usually will not put reviews up, but this is the Second time they have done this to me I call, and ask if they accept walk ins, I am told they do. I ask how busy they are. They say there is no wait.! I get there ten minutes later and as soon as I walk in im asked if I registered on line. I respond no and am told its and hour and a half wait and I should have checked in online. Not cool at all. Please tell your prospective customers the truth.

It was very bad, his hair is cut is very unprofessional and he is very disappointed to pay 26 dollars for a bad haircut it’s very uneven, it’s my boyfriend Michael B. Had an appointment at 12:25

Service was a tad slow, but I was happy with my cut and the stylist. There wasn't really a chance to watch sports ironically.

They have gotten much better. Stylists are there for a while, not a revolving door like other barber shops.

We suggest seeing Hannah for a great kids cut. She is super great with kids, especially those who have special needs. We won't go anywhere else :) Denisea is also a favorite! She is great with my boys!
