My usual stylist, Annie, was unavailable when I arrived, so I was helped by Priscilla instead. It was my first time seeing her, and she was so helpful and sweet. She did a wonderful job, and she even buzzed my ears and trimmed my eyebrows. I will definitely look for her in the future when I can't catch Annie! Thank you!

I’m out on business and had some time for a haircut while traveling. It was a great decision! Had the best haircut from Sports Clips I’ve ever had at this one. Lucy did a fantastic job with great conversation. I would highly recommend this location.

the “free” MVP haircut is not free doesn’t say it on the coupon but you still have to pay 30$ for the haircut they didn’t follow the lineup and took people infront of us we waited there for nothing genuinely worst experience ever

Awful skill level of stylists . Customer has to point out time and again that the left side isn’t looking the same as right side . They charge 30$ for a regular haircut .

Great place. Came here for the first time because I got a coupon in the mail. The barber, Henry was really good. He took his time and did an awesome job. Happy I found a new place to get my haircut. Update: 5/20/23. Been coming here for a couple of months now. If you want a good haircut, come here.

I don't understand this place. When you book online, it gives you a time, say 40 minutes. Then when you look at your place in line 10 minutes later, it says 20 minutes. Then, when you drive to the store, the time jumps back to 40 minutes. Then, when you wait 30 minutes inside the store (20 minutes past the initial 40 minutes), someone else jumps ahead of you in line and it goes back to 40 minutes.

Today we were present there before another person and he checked in front of me not before arriving. Still we were not given preference. Highly discriminatory workers . They should be expelled.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The team here is super friendly and always does a great job with my hair. Definitely recommend them for a good hair cut and friendly conversation.

Owner cannot run the business properly. Other people complain as well. I do not recommend this location. Staff does not educate their customers on how the process works. People make appointments online and walk in one minute before your turn for an haircut after you’ve been waiting for an hour and all of a sudden they are ahead of you because they made an appointment online. What happened to first come first serve? Staff did not greet the customers and for new people who have no idea about the process, it’s imperative that you introduce your customers to the process so we’re not sitting around wasting an hour of our time only to look up and see that we have another hour. Wait ahead of us. Purely for this reason I won’t be coming out. To the owner, you can pretend to be nice and message and respond but the truth is if you really did care and your staff would care and it doesn’t seem like anybody really cared about their customers. They’re just there to do a job and make a paycheck and that is very sad that you lied Your location this way.
