Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude make the experience exceptional. The shop is always clean, well-organized, and the MVP treatment is a must. Had the MVP treatment with Olivia and loved the experience. Great haircut and Beard trim. Relaxing way to start my day for sure. I Would recommend to anyone. And ask for Olivia she's so nice!!! I send all my guests from the courtyard Marriott to this location.

Just got the worst haircut I have ever received. Sloppy, rushed, no attention to detail. Complete scam. Wasted 30 bucks on something I coulda just gave myself and I have no experience

Good place for clean cuts. I’ve been here multiple times and each time with a different hairstylist. They’re all great. Online check-in is a convenient option, but I wish they take appointments.

Terrible. Some 17 year old cut my hair and she had no idea what she was doing. It had to be her first week ever cutting hair. Someone else had to come fix her hack job after she was done. I should have refused to pay but I felt bad for the girl and I am a nice person. I shouldn’t have to pay for them teaching new girls using me as a training dummy. That’s not what I was there for. I’ll never be back.

Awful experience, I waited for 45 minutes and when they called me some lady jumped up in front of me and pushed her kid ahead and took my spot. I just left never coming back

Honestly I like the place , not to post my L here but check out my (mid) fade. Last time I came it was perfect and from a different girl, but man , this other girl just did me dirty🤣. I was even like hey its looking a bit high and she's was like its the angle of the mirror😂. It's not a bad place but I recommend you find somone you like doing it up and put their name in. Picking first available here feels like a roll of the dice sadly.

Quick and easy online check-in. Waited roughly 5 mins once in store, even though it was a busy morning. Clean and friendly staff. The stylist executed my direction and provided an excellent haircut. I truly left feeling proud of the haircut. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Sports Clips often over the years. The Robinson location happens to be my most visited. I have never had a bad haircut here. Every visit has been pleasant and I always use "First Available" and always enjoy my time and experience.

checked in at 4pm with a 60 min wait, arrived at 450, still had a hour wait, left at 530, got a text at 545 that my stylist would be ready in 15 mins, 6:15 I got a text I was next, a 1:15mins past when they said they would be ready, this place is a joke, you pay for the mvp and don’t get anything but a 5 min haircut. Overpriced, mediocre service. Franchises are the worst thing ever, I’m sure the owner is laughing all the way to the bank, they need to spend some money on hiring qualified staff! Save your money and time and go anywhere but here To answer Tori’s question below, no I will not give you another chance, my time and money are better spent elsewhere. The place I go to now has a ex sports clips employee who has said how many times guys propositioned her in the back room and management did nothing is disgusting.
