Was refused service when they still had customers inside and it was not 6pm yet. Would have been a very simple haircut, but was turned away just so the employees don't have to stay a little bit longer. That is terrible service and a waste of time for customers.

Had another great experience at Sport Clips today. Lanyah has cut my hair a few times and always does a great job. I get traditional military short cut and Lanyah does a precise fade and trim. Thanks again!

UPDATE: The stylist below has left, and this location cannot seem to hire anyone who knows how to fade or even follow instructions or photos as a guide. I have not had a single "great" haircut since Katarina left. What I HAVE had is issue after issue, from uneven cuts, poor/no fades, excessively long cutting times, rushed haircuts, and a new employee butchering my hair. I'm at a point where I'm going to be forced to leave this location 5 minutes from my house for one 20 minutes away, or a different business altogether. I had a cut yesterday 9/26/24 that was supposed to be a #1 mid-high fade with about 2" finger length scissor cut on top. The girl went no guard from my neckline ALLL the way to the crown of my head in one swoop from the start, so it was bad to begin with. Instead of fading, I had a full no guard all the way to my crown all the way around. Within 5 minutes, the top of my hair was being cut and then the stylist spent 10-15 minutes blending my sides to the top. What I ended up with was a shitty high and tight. The sides extend in a rounded fashion to the top of my head (as if she was drawing a circle) instead of straight. Because of the circular part, the top hair has a shelf that it falls over to the side... ONLY on one side. After she felt confident she asked how I liked it, and for the first time in my history of cuts, I told her it was a poor job and not at all how I get my hair cut. She offered to fix it, and I repeatedly said NO, but she chose to anyway, resulting in "fading" my sides to the top instead of fading the sides. My hair isn't what it used to be, but dammit, I'd rather not have a messed up haircut with what I've got left. I've tried to continue to go to this location despite the constant issues, but after paying time and time again for a messed up cut, I'd rather just take my business elsewhere that hires staff that can at least perform a fade correctly until Sport Clips or the franchise owner can get good staff here. I'd really like for the owner to reach out to me about this. I've also sent in an email to corporate to address this as I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling bad about my cuts from here. *Last photo is pretty close to how my fades usually look.* Previous review - 5 stars I'm absolutely anal when it comes to who cuts my hair. My previous stylist was also at a SC location, but left suddenly and I lost track of her. I lived down the street from this location for around 8 months when this happened - I was commuting to Alta Mere for my hair cuts, so I figured the closer location was more convenient. Decided to give "Katarina Wine Mixer" a try because her name was hilarious and when I went in, she was insanely friendly and laid back, but still very professional. Over a year later, she is the only person I let touch my hair. I let my girlfriend cut my hair during the start of CV19 instead of any other stylist, waiting on the chance to see Katarina again. She's very detailed, takes her time and makes sure I am happy with my cut every time. I've gotten many compliments on the fades I get from her, and when I mentioned this to her, she said that her entire team of girls can do the exact same quality of work because they are all the best, that she makes sure everyone is equally trained and any of them would provide the same high quality cut I've come to expect with her. I love having such a great stylist 5 minutes from my house instead of having to commute 30 across town, and I definitely enjoy the charisma and personality that Katarina brings every time I get to spend 30 minutes in her chair. Would highly recommend her services

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and I cannot complain that they do an excellent job. I would recommend Lindsey as I like to stick with one stylist and get consistency. However, based on other haircuts that I’ve seen from different stylists, they all look good.

Very disappointed with the customer service at that location I stopped by at 6:25 PM. one of the “hairdressers” asked me if I had checked in online. I said “no”. She just told me that she would be closing soon and would have no time to get me a haircut. They close at 7pm. The way I see it is.: they prefer to close the store on time then get a new customer. That’s why I’m not going back to that location.

She didn’t listen to me when I said I wanted scissors on top!!!! I’m beyond livid. Never use marquese or whoever . She’s the absolute worst at cutting hair.
