Completely botched a pretty simple cut. Asked for a medium-high fade on the sides and to leave about 4 fingers long on top. It’s not even on either side. There are parts where it’s short and then long right next to it. It’s just not clean at all. Apparently they don’t do refunds.

What I like about Sport Clips is that I am always greeted with a smile, and people help me to feel comfortable. (It is great to be able to buy hair products I need too.) Everything about the process is easy and fast. I truly had a positive experience, the time went by quickly, and I look forward to returning. All in all, this Sport Clips location is amazing. Got a regular haircut around open on a Sunday. The experience was wild compared to every other sports clips I’ve been to, and I’ve been going all around town for over 20 years now. When I came in I went to the kiosk to put myself in line. The lady at the counter said “I’ll be right with you sir”, no eye contact, figured she was talking to someone else. I obviously have this part taken care of. I keep typing, “Sir! I’ll be right with you” ….”oh, okay” I stand there not touching anything else, the kiosk 1 click away from me signing in. I stand there for about a minute, 2-3 people behind me until she asks for my phone number to put me on the list. Great, I sit. Abrasive, but whatever. I get my hair cut, the lady cutting it is nice, she does it different than any other person I’ve gotten my haircut from, no biggie. When it comes to my neck I ask for it square, she confirms. It’s cut like a tooth, big ol gap in the middle. I consider it a lost cause since it should be REALLY obvious. And I just want to be done with it at this point. I say everything is good, and go to the counter to check out. I’m asked TO TAKE A SEAT. Never happened before, not the end of the world. 3 people ahead of me are all waiting to pay!! What’s even happening in this place. It’s not even like it was busy, there were 2 people waiting when I got there and 1 person waiting when I left. Everyone else was either trying to leave or waiting for someone else to get their cut. Awful service. Any other sports clips but this one.

Went in with a coupon today for FREE hair cut ! Initially when checking in 2 people looked over my coupon and approved it , another lady did my sons hair cut and in the process of checking out she had someone else look one the coupon to confirm and then said YES we accept it. I asked her to ring me up for a product so i can leave a tip , she didn’t know the pricing so called another stylist over and all of a sudden im getting charged for a hair cut saying they can’t accept the coupon because it “Means soemthing else” and not what 4 other people told me in the beginning. My stylist who was very nice was even confused on why all of a sudden the coupon was wasn’t valid. He changed his story TWICE on why the coupon didn’t mean what it said. So i winded up paying for the hair cut still because i just wanted to get out of there. Terrible experience i feel bad for the lady who cut my son’s hair because she was so nice. All the workers need to get on the same page and need proper training at the front. So ridiculous

Place was horrible. I went one time about 3 months ago and I could barely understand what they're saying. As most the hair stylist do not speak proper english well barley So trying to get them to understand the haircut you want I guess it's difficult because first time I went. They did.it totally wrong but i decided to give them a second chance because I live around the corner and this time. I took my son with me. And they ruined both of our hairs plus they made a big deal out of giving me $38 change when I offered them a 100 literally, all the stylist came to the front because nobody could figure out what I was saying that you're not giving me a whole 100 change but only 38.Dollars change horrible place.Worst haircut visit in years?I will not be going back.Or taking my sons. They all had attitudes! Like they do not want b there.

We took our son in for a trim and we even showed a picture of what he wanted they cut his hair like a bob style with layers he is very unhappy and left crying. I told the lady stephanie not to leave it like a bob and that is what she did very disappointing.

I’m not sure what you low-star reviewers are saying about Tracy, but if it’s negative, it’s a mistake or it’s wrong. I’m sorry if your experience was bad, but she’s not the only barber. You might’ve seen her on a busy day, so please be reasonable and kind. As a regular customer of Sport Clips, I can confidently say they are my favorites so far.

Zero customer service or welcome. I've been to several locations in SA and this is the absolute worst. Tracy seemed to have no interest in being there. I asked for an MVP and got a regular cut then was rushed out. When one girl asked her if she was ready she said "I guess". Not going back. I'm not interested in being treated like I forced someone to be there. Don't like it, find another job.

For the past two months I have been going to Tracy. My son had been growing his hair out from a previous bad cut from a barber. Two months I have been going to her allowing my sons hair to grow out while trying to make him presentable. Today my husband takes my son in for a high fade with scissors on top and Tracey cuts the same side of hair he has been trying to grow out the last two months. We are regulars of Tracey and she knew he was growing his hair out and she f it up again the same way. She’s a nice person but her skills are lacking. CJ is a good barber but my husband stopped going to him because he proceeded to be rough when edging him up one day. It appeared as if CJ was upset at something or my husband and decided to take it out on my husbands haircut.

I checked in online about ten minutes prior to my arrival. Upon entering the establishment I was rudely asked if I had checked in online. I REPLIED that I had. and then I was rudely told I would HAVE to check in on the Ipad again. I did so and as I did the stylist smirked at me, like I was an idiot. I left. I won't be back.

This is my place to go to get my haircut, went yeaterday there was a new stylist and she messed up my hair. Terrible cute some parts are much longer than others, couldn't tell because of the gel but noticed today. Safe to say wont come back.

Today was my second visit to this location. It's definitely a cut above the rest. I appreciate the friendly reception and kindness of my stylist. It's a 20 mile drive from where I live. But all in all, worth the drive. Bonus 😜 Costco is next door.
