Worst experience. I came in with 6 inches of hair and asked the barber to take off at most an inch on the top and sides and keep the back tight. I even repeated this 2 more times and she even put her finger up to my earlobe and said she's gonna cut it down to there. At the end, she cut my hair down to literally just a 2 inch length, it didnt even reach the top of my ear. I also tried making conversation and each time she would immediately shut it down, only answering in 1 or 2 word answers. Haircut and experience was so bad it was the first time in my life I have gotten a refund. Recommend if you are trying to get a haircut. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET A GOOD HAIRCUT.

***REFUND*** LEARN TO LISTEN. DO NOT TOUCH BEARD. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING. Went in for a hair cut and the lady touched my beard. I did not say beard. Just hair cut. Now I have to fix my beard or shave it off. I shouldn't have had to pay at all.

I was cut on the back of my neck by sharp blades of the trimmer, the stylist didn't even bother to acknowledge and stop even after complaining that it burns. She even roughed it up with a towel to worsen the pain! horrible experience.

Tiffany always cuts my hair just how I like it and I know I have difficult hair to cut and she is quick and efficient every time great service.

Update: their reservation system is inaccurate and all messed up. I always end up wasting 1+ hour until my turn finally comes. Not going there anymore. Save your time and go somewhere else. Their customer service and treatment of customers have also degraded so much in the last year. They always say they’re overstaffed.

Haircut was uneven on the top. Massage is just putting a massage gun for a minute. Not worth it overall.

I’ve been coming here for a out 5-6 years now and Evette has been such a great hair cut stylist! I’m always excited to come into Sports Clips knowing that she’ll be here to cut my hair!

Fantastic service and the online appointment system works well if you time it right. For being my first time, Yanet was very attentive, polite, and considered the history of my hair to inform her work. Looking at other reviews and seeing my haircut now, I have no doubt that she is very consistent and confident in her styling abilities.

The gals here are always happy and upbeat...check in system online is horrible but the gals make it work...once you get your hair cut you will feel like a million bucks
