Nellie did a great job. My 9 year old son wanted to cut off 5 inches and get an Ice Cream Scoop haircut. Not an easy task but Nellie is the best!

Nelly did a fantastic and thorough job of trimming my hair and being very detailed with my beard. I've only come to Scottsdale a couple of times a year and this was my second visit, but I will make sure to come here on every future trip. I am not into sports, but had a great conversation and loved the extra amenities like the hot towel treatment, shampooing, beard conditioning, and neck and shoulder massage. It's great to go to a shop that takes the time to perfect the cut and not rush someone out of the chair.

First time here and great experience. Joined waitlist online and got there few minutes early and did not have to wait. Stylist was great, good haircut and beard trim. Will definitely be going back.

The customer service and product knowledge is second to none at the Frank Loyd right location. I use Brooke as my stylist and she is always helpful and friendly.

Bad customer service. Very inconsiderate of their customers. Made me wait for no reason when there was a stylist available. They do not deserve your business because they do not know how to run a business.

First timer here, but Brooke showed up and showed out! I was hesitant to get it cut because I wanted to donate it after growing it out for a year, but it was just short, I couldn't shave my head I went back n forth before finally getting it cut and not able to donate due to the length. Brooke was able to use her magic to give me a cut I didn't originally go in for and killed it! THANK YOU!

I came in with the worst hair cut I have ever received from a different establishment, Brooke was able to fix it perfectly and did an amazing job, I’ll make sure I never go to anyone else, she clearly knows what she is doing!!!!!
