The last time I went there, and I do mean LAST, There was one "stylist" cutting a customer's hair and manning the cash register while another sat in an empty chair playing with her cell phone. The TV was blasting a loud and obnoxious arguement between two sports analysts. I and another customer left besore enduring anymore of the abuse. It's a cheap joint and rightly so.

Was a decent haircut. A little uneven. Asked for the mvp experience. It said it was supposed to come with all this extra stuff like a special towel, massage and other things and I received none of this. I traveled out of my way to try this. Still tipped ten dollars, but it was not worth it.

I had never been to Sport Clips before, but I plan on going back! Great experience, great stylist. Offered me options I had never thought of before. They really seem to know what they are doing, and the price was much cheaper then what I expected for the level of service and quantity of cut I recieved.

I have been coming here for years at this point but I think it’s time to find a new spot. I don’t recognize anyone when I walk in anymore due to turnover. Must not be paying their stylists enough to keep them around which is surprising considering a 20 minute haircut costs me $30 after tip. Either way, today was the last straw. I checked in when I was leaving work, saw that it said there was a 21 minute wait, and when I arrived about 30-35 minutes later, my check-in had been canceled automatically and the wait was up to 72 minutes. Why offer the ability to check in online if you’re just going to cancel the check in before the person can even get there?

I went to this location because they stylist Hannah was out there. I love the way she cuts my hair and I will only let her cute it. Hannah normally works at the location on Outer Loop too.
