No neck strip used, cape was not put on properly leaving my son covered in hair and he was cut pretty significantly. No blood spill procedure was done, stylist Traci continued working without gloves or sanitizing equipment. Lines were left in the haircut. Overall, pretty disappointed and considering a call to the state board.

I took my 10 year old to get his hair cut here we waited for over an hour because Traci wouldn't let anyone else cut it even after they ask if they could I explained exactly what we wanted done he got his hair cut she styled it with so much hair products I couldn't even tell I paid 35 dollars to the lady because I used cash I guess I took him home to get cleaned up after his shower I looked at his hair and it is chopped up nothing the same length bald spots the whole head I called this morning to talk to the manager was told by Traci that she is the manager she is not can someone please reach out to me for this issue please

Worst place to get a haircut they don’t know how to style or fade, I was promised a free cut since they messed up my last one very badly and they hang up when I call about trying to fix my hair.

When I walked in I was the only person there. The woman asked did I sign in from the App. The appointment screen was empty so obviously not. I signed in on the kiosk and just stood there for a while the woman didn't move she sat there watching TV. The other woman was new and asked do you want me to get him. The TV watching woman replied to her. She said something smart and the other girl didn't want to argue so she said something under her breathe. I finally get in the chair and she didn't know how to cut hair she said I'm new i havent been trained. The other woman walked to the back. The woman cutting my hair ended up crying and calling her supervisor. By this time I grabbed the mirror and the clippers and I cut my own hair! The woman from the back emerged and saw me cutting my hair and kept talking on the phone. I paid and left. I called the store this morning for the manager. She's not there. I left my phone number.

This location is a mess. Hours of operation are posted online and on the door. They do not go by them and always make up their own hours! I checked into the store at 4:55 No one was at the desk, and 5 minutes later two stylists walked out and said we are closed. I stated that the hours were posted online and the door says open to six. She said they did not go by the posted hours and said to come back tomorrow. How can you run your business like this??? So disappointing!!!

I visited this location on May 1st, and it was a wonderful experience. I showed up at the time that the online “get in line” said to be there.. and within a couple minutes they were ready for me. Both ladies working were friendly and professional. Krysta did my hair, I love it and couldn’t be any more pleased! She was very personable and I believe this location is in good hands with her as a part of the staff. She has the skills of a barber. Even though they can’t use a straight-edge in Sports Clips.. she has other tools that made my neck look just as good and I am stoked about the blend she did on my fade.

I've been coming to this location for the past couple of years, but haven't been very satisfied with the level of service for the past few months...it's been a revolving door of stylists, with very inconsistent quality. However, Krysta was a wonderful breath of fresh air today. My hair cut was the best I've had in years; Krysta knows what's she's doing and she cares about providing the best possible experience. I'll definitely be returning, as long as she's there!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Genuinely the worst place to get your hair cut. They never keep a record of my past haircuts after writing it down multiple times. They also do not listen to what I want and messed up my hair for the last time. Save yourself and do not go here💀

Terrible experience. The stylist seemed like he was in a bad mood or having a bad day. He was complaining about him not feeling well. He just walked off to the back room and then came back a few moments later asked if I wanted the same cut that was on my notes. I exclaimed that I would like my haircut a little different with directions on how I'd like the sides and the top. He sighed and repeated the about our question & reading from the notes. I said I'm not sure I want that same cut because I'd like it to be cut differently now so I'd need his advice. The guy rolled his eyes, deep sign and was not cooperative. So I stood up and said that I'm not going to get my hair cut by him. While walking out he mocked me and walked up to me in the lobby saying that I don't know the top vs side of my head. Felt like he was about to start swinging at me. Sports Clips has definitely gone down hill in these area stores lately...

This has to be the most horrible experience I've ever had getting my haircut the person cutting my hair was extremely heavy-handed with me felt like I was getting beat up instead of a haircut cut me with the shaver a few times and proceeded to spray alcohol on it. I've asked for a specific haircut gave me complete opposite then proceeded to tell me that it was due to my head. As his coworker laughed management really needs to take a look at what's going on at this store absolutely horrible
