Worst haircut I ever received in my life I have locs I asked for the sides to be faded down and the stylus I got couldn’t execute it. Normally a fade is two different tones and mine is like even all over and not impressive. Didn’t feel like I had a fresh haircut when I left.we not be return a waste of 30 dollars

My stylist (Crista) was absolutely perfect! She did an amazing job, and was very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend her, and will without question use her again!

I brought my son for a back to school haircut, we had Bridgette as his stylist and she did such a great job of making him feel comfortable while cutting his hair. She is very personable and we will definitely be back requesting her.

Absolutely terrible customer service by manager! Never returning to any Sport Clips. Have been customer for years but not any more! First one there waited in rain for 10 min before they opened and told people were in front of me even though you cannot sign in online before 10 am?Went to Great Clips right down the road and was treated like a valued customer. I suggest Great Clips if you need your hair cut in Sunset Hills!

Updated review. 2-9-24 between 1 and 3pm. I arrive 5 minutes after checking in on the app and no one is in the lobby. There are 2 stylists sitting in their chairs playing with their phones. Both of them walk up front and look at the front computer 2 times within 5 minutes. After that, they proceed to wait in the back until the lobby is full. 30 minutes later they take the next 2 who had checked in hours earlier but never arrived at the store. Just horrible customer service. I never actually received a haircut because the check-in service is useless and they stylists are lazy. Hopefully after work my name is still on the board and I can come get my hair cut because they let people who checked in several hours earlier drag things out until the last minute. I will edit my review to reflect what happens.. As a manager myself, I know no one should EVER wait in your store for 1 HOUR and receive no service! So I checked in a second time at 6pm on the app. Arrive at 645 and the door is locked and there are 3 employees just chilling in the lobby. I'll never be back and I will spread the word. WORST SPORT CLIPS EVER !!! I've been going to them since I was in middle school!

Older black lady once you step out that door you cant come back in if its not good make sure before you leave. then they rush you with the hand mirror. Once i got in the car she didnt blend one whole side and she spent the most time over there i have no idea what she was doing. Its as long as the top of my head 🫣 what the heck.

There have only been 3-4 times in my life, where the service is so good or bad, that I feel the need to leave a review. This was one of them. This was my first time at this location, since it is further away from home. I get a pretty standard buzzcut, but I have a spot where my hair grows straight out and looks slightly longer than the hair around it. I notice it after every haircut I've gotten for the last 10 years. I don't even mention it when getting my haircut anymore because it is what it is. However, this haircut was different. The stylist (Her name was Kimi) was determined to make it look natural. She spent an extra 10 minutes fixing that spot, and I can honestly say it was the best haircut I have gotten. She said she "cant let people leave until she thinks their hair looks good". Kimi set new standards for customer service. I will be driving the extra distance to come back to this location to have her cut my hair.

Bobbi was extremely patient and skilled at cutting my pre-schooler’s hair. He is extremely sensitive and fights getting haircuts. She knew exactly how to make sure he looked good while accommodating his evasion and blocking tactics.

If I could give them 0 stars I would for this fine establishment. This location closes after not seeing costumers for an hour. So if it's 330 and no one walked in the door after 230 good luck getting a haircut even if they say they're open until 4. Absolutely horrible business.

Rude stylists who have terrible customer service skills and suck and giving haircuts. Trash people. Woman got an attitude when I asked what I could do to keep it the same issue from happening again. Requested someone higher up and she refused to give me any info. I have NEVER had an issue with a stylists before today. Won't ever be returning.

Usually cut my own hair because every single stylist / barber has cut me cleaning up my lines but I've been to busy so stopped in before work to get a cut for the first time and had Sarah O. She did a great job and didn't cut me once. Will definitely be back!

When I arrived I was told it would be a 45 minute wait , no problem at all. About half way through my wait a gentleman walked in that said he wasn’t happy with his haircut , and he took a seat. As I am on deck , checked in , Bobbi(Manager) calls this man up in front of me, doesn’t ask me if I mind him cutting me or extending my wait, doesn’t say a word , just skips me to fix what wasn’t done right the first time. I understand wanting to make sure each customer is satisfied but this shouldn’t extend my wait or cut me in line. 0/10 Customer Service , all around not a cleanly store. (I don’t think clumps of hair should be in the lobby)
